β β β β β Truly the most service oriented hotel. Very small boutique hotel (5 rooms) in the center of Piazza Navona. Total luxury. We were greeted with a wonderful bottle of wine upon our arrival. The view out of the window is amazing. Itβs so nice to rest in the room and still be in the center of the action. The room is beautiful and large. Everything is new. Very comfortable bed. Good books to read in the room. The bathroom is big with the chromatherapy shower. Bathroom amenities are excellent. Espresso maker in the room. Big screen TV with multiple channels in many languages. Breakfast delivered to the room (you select the time) is outstanding. Eggs cooked to order. Beautiful (not imported ) Italian fruit basket in your room every day. Cake and cookies available 24/7. The room kept impeccably clean. The team of exceptionally competent and unobtrusive young people is always so happy to help you in any way. Itβs a short walk to great restaurants. Ask for recommendations. Please be advised that you will be staying facing a big very busy piazza.

β β β β β The hotel was ok but surely not 9.7 as it was rated on booking and was one of the reason we chose it. The AC was leaking the whole time of our staying and jacuzzi started working without any warning so it flooded the bathroom. Breakfast was ok if you stay one night but after a while you get bored with eggs. So I would give it 8 but no more than that. Staff was nice though.

β β β β β First of all, I want to thank the Receptionist, Marlo for a great service! he was so helpful and always ready to give a smile for clients.
Our room was so beautiful! Its much more than a 3-stars hotel, it infact looked like a 5 stars, with a breathtaking view of the fountain of Bernini.
The breakfast was fabulous ! My only concern is the cappuccino, but hey, we have different taste buds! We had a free wine bottle, mini-bar and espresso machine. We felt like VIP!!! I will surely surely come back. I will also recommend it to anyone.

It started as a one random one night we booked, abs turned out into 4 nights as we enjoyed their service, their attention to details, how well they took care of us, and the location, right on piazza Navona. It has been easy to explore the city with our baby
