★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location was excellent！Wish we could've booked a balcony room so we can enjoy the piazza Navona directly from our room. The staff are friendly but the front desk doesn't run 24 hours but wasn't a big issue for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there was an option I would rate this a 4.5 Star as the only thing letting it down is that the rooms need a little bit of TLC. Apart from this the room itself was outstanding. We had a bath that you could probably fit 5 people, and a sauna which was odd but did get used early morning by myself to try and sweat out any water retention added on by the amount of carbs I'd consumed. Room had a fridge with lots of goodies in which did come at a price I believe so didn't get used but handy if you fancy a bottle of beer at midnight. Reception staff were amazing and so helpful. Upon arrival the receptionist got out a map and circled all the places to visit along with telling us the walking distance to each one. This came in very handy as the collosseum was a very long walk so make sure you have your walking shoes at the ready. Overall the property was beautiful and if your lucky you'll end up with a balcony overlooking the Piazza Navona which is so picturesque.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location of this hotel is great, you can easily walk to all the main attractions of Rome. Situated on a main road, it can be fairly noisy with buses etc going past and people out on the streets. The room itself was small, too much was crammed into the small space. They put a large chair in by the window which meant it was hard to get past. Other than the size of the room, the hotel was great. The staff were very friendly, the bathroom was nice and clean and was nicely updated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As they say, “it always looks better in the photos.” 5 star prices for a 2 star stay. To call it a hotel room is an overstatement—the rooms resemble more of a train compartment. The bed is pushed against the wall, the floors feel dirty, and the shower is separated from the bathroom pushing condensation into the bedroom. Wouldn’t send my family there…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 star prices for a 2 star stay. The rooms were very small. I didn’t have any saunas, view of the piazza, or large tubs like any of the other reviews. The location is okay, however not on the piazza as advertised. Very disappointed in the size of the room and the quality. It looks like they did a really cheap remodel. The sinks are so small and they inserted a shelf right above the sink where you cannot wash your face or get a cup of water. The floor in the room was really dirty. When you shower, the top opens up to the bedroom rather than the bathroom creating condensation on the walls. Id look elsewhere before coming here.
