★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No front desk. Make sure you have a phone number to call when you get there. There IS an elevator though it looks just like a normal door. Our room had a pretty good view and the bed was fairly comfortable. The shower was not great. It leaked all over the floor because the door they put on it was larger than the shower pan. This made showering a mess and used up our towels quickly. They also make you pay the city tax in cash immediately upon arrival. Still, it was fairly good for the price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect location. Rooms tidy. However, warm minibar and shower wasn't thought through. Normal showering caused water on the bathroom floor. Apart from the hotel floor the rest of the building not so well taken care of.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was very nice however we had a slight issue getting hold of the owner when we arrived but apart from that everything else was very good and it’s in a good location, within walking distance to most things you need to do in Rome

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel room was much nicer than we expected looking at the hotel from the outside. It's in a nice area. The staff was nice but i asked to keep my luggage until 1pm after checkout and i had to wait a half hour to pick it up when i arrived at 1. Otherwise i would have given 5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ everything was great except 2 big minus. 1 is the shower, they only had fixed shower on the top so this means it is very hard to shower without getting your hair wet. 2 is the room is cold, no heating on, the AC heat function is not working.otherwise, everything is alright.good location, bright room. free coffee and tea. check-in and check out was easy as well
