★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you come to Rome and you can appreciate good food, do come here! The menu is rich of traditional dishes. However, there was an immense work of research and experiments to fine tuned them to reach a whole new level.
Renato loves to explain the considerations behind the delicate balance of ingredients to all those who are eager to listen.
Dining in Rome is often tricky. This place is a real treasure!

One of the best Italian/Roman food place. Best value for money.
My recommendation is fresh pasta with ricotta and tomatoes cherry.
Booking a reservation is super important if not you will never get in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service and food were both excellent. Party of 8, everyone enjoyed the food and atmosphere. Goat cheese and artichoke appetizers with both awesome. I had the cacio e pepe. Very good. The orange creme brulee is first enjoyed with your eyes. Completely surrounded by sugar floss. All the desserts we ordered were excellent. Would go there again for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve never lived in Italy despite my heritage, but I’ve been to Rome many many times. This was by far the best meal I’ve ever had in Rome. It can be tricky to get a table outside without reservation, but it’s worth the wait. Try as much as you can. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
