Definitely not a tourist place or trap!
Pizza is really tasty, prices are very reasonable, the dessert could be a bit cheaper maybe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good pizzas, the crunchy ones...the authentic Rome pizza style..the service was a bit weird at the beginning but if you do not pay too much attention to manners and if you break the ice with the owner..everything gets great....we also got a free dessert ...definitely one of the restaurant to try in Trastevere

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pizza was exceptional, however, we did the mistake of ordering "spinach and pear salad".
We got a large bawl of fresh spinach with some cheese and 3 slices of pear, no seasoning at all, and on the side we got salt, pepper and olive oil.
If I wanted to make my own salad, I'd go to the market, not a restaurant...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great restaurant. The staff is very friendly and speak English well. This is a very lively and fun restaurant. The appetizers with the Spanish Ham are amazing. The pasta was spot on and the pizza was fantastic. The wine list is extensive. Overall this is a great place for a wonderful easy dinner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Emma Pizzeria might be the best pizza in Rome. The dough is nearly perfect. The sauce and toppings are fresh. The Amatriciana Matrix pizza and the Margherita pizza were delicious and didn't leave you feeling full. Order a nice wine to go along side your order to complete the meal! Be sure to check out the shop next door for spreads, oils, and good flavors to go!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to Emma for dinner and it was exactly what we had hoped looking at the reviews. The pizza was delicious and there was clear information about allergies. I can't have milk and it took the stress out of ordering . The wine list is very big so lots of options. Great service. Too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Family friend recommended Emma Pizzeria as his go-to food spot in Rome and we’re glad we went there for lunch. The ingredients are artisanal and well sourced, which the restaurant elevates to a higher level in various dishes. The pizza is great of course but I really enjoyed some of the fresher starters since they were so ingredient driven dishes. We went as it opened for lunch and got seated easily but by the time we departed, every table was full so consider booking.
