This must have been something that would blow your mind. You can imagine how big and important this building was to the Romans.

The Imperial Forums constitute a series of five monumental squares built over the course of a century and a half (between 46 A.C. and 113 AD) in the heart of the city.C of Rome by Julius Caesar and the emperors Augustus, Vespasian, Nerva and Trajan. They are not part of the Roman Forum, that is, the old republican square, whose first accommodation dates back to the royal age (6th.C century BC) and which had been for centuries the political, religious and economic center of the city.

Did the new "passegiata" in the imperial forums by night. Grazie VirgΓ! Note the imperial forums are not the Roman forum and include Trajan's, Augustus' and Cesar's forums around via dei fori imperiali. Anyway I had never been down here before and for only 4 euros it's definitely worth it and highly suggestive

Great history. Entrance fee but visible from the street as well.

All imperial forums are extended throughout the street that leads to colosseum, in the heart of Rome. Some well kept stone work and there are information boards to aid. Simply amazing architecture
