Io capisco benissimo non si possa entrare per le norme covid, ma è una vergogna questo essere latitanti ,mai visto il medico, nessuno risponde al telefono. È davvero un servizio pessimo. Recandomi al pronto soccorso,dopo 30 minuti ci hanno trasferiti nel reparto pediatria dove lo hanno ricoverato.Il personale si è messo subito all'opera facendo alcuni esami. Nei giorni successivi avevano intuito un infezione alla pancia. Mio figlio dopo il quarto giorno di terapia aveva ancora piccoli dolori,ma la dottoresse da me soprannominata Doctor Center aveva deciso di far continuare la terapia a casa con l'antibiotico, pensate che era così distratta dato il continuo usare del cellulare che voleva metterli una flebo prima della nostra dimissione. Nei giorni successivi Il dolore si era ripresentato ma abbiamo deciso di portarlo in un altro ospedale,dove lo hanno operato all'appendicite. Ho scritto questo BRUTTO ricordo perché altri casi non devono ripetersi mandando le cose più preziose che abbiamo a casa. I took my son with the pediatrician's request to the Matera hospital. Locunto e la sua troupe per avermi tranquillizzato e rilassato durante l'intervento, che ho potuto seguire in diretta grazie ad anestesia epidurale, perfettamente riuscita. In reparto, poi, durante la degenza, sono stato assistito e coccolato, da medici, infermieri, oss e tirocinanti, che amano la loro professione. Bravi tutti e grazie. Personale maleducato, medici raccomandati, assenza delle più elementari prassi di gestione. Qui il servizio pubblico non funziona nonostante ogni mese venga assicurato lo stipendio. L'arroganza impera quasi dappertutto. Zero rispetto per i malati. Le buone maniere e la buona educazione sono concetti astratti. La manutenzione ordinaria lascia a desiderare. Fogli approssimativi attaccati alle pareti mai soprattutto mancano le indicazioni utili. C'è anche sporcizia e disordine un po dappertutto. Forse ci vorrebbe la famosa meritocrazia. A mio avviso questi orrori accadono perché non c'è gestione e controllo. Mi chiedo come mai al Nord gli ospedali pubblici funzionano e qui da noi e un disastro? Forse perché noi utenti abbiamo le bocche tappate. Cosa fanno i sindacati? Sono dalla parte del malato o dei dipendenti strafottenti Cosa fa il tribunale del malato? Se l'ospedale non funziona la colpa è sempre di qualcuno!!!! With some exceptions and some departments, the hospital is absolutely to be avoided. In my opinion these horrors happen because there is no management and control. I wonder why public hospitals work in the North and here it is a disaster? Purtroppo mia moglie Rosalba ha avuto bisogno di un importante intervento chirurgico e, pur tra le mille “difficoltà” dovute anche alla crisi pandemica in atto che il nostro Ospedale Madonna delle Grazie sta attraversando, è stata accolta, assistita e coccolata dal personale medico e dagli attenti operatori, nessuno escluso, che con passione, professionalità e umanità hanno creato le condizioni per le quali si è sentita tranquilla, serena e ben curata. In particolare, un grazie di cuore va alla dottoressa Beatrice Di Venere, la quale ci ha accompagnati in tutto il lungo percorso pre-operatorio e di guarigione, non negando mai la sua presenza e disponibiltà, sopportandoci e supportandoci. Unfortunately my wife Rosalba needed a major surgery and, despite the thousand "difficulties" also due to the pandemic crisis in progress that our Madonna delle Grazie Hospital is going through, she was welcomed, assisted and pampered by medical staff and by attentive operators, without exception, who with passion, professionalism and humanity created the conditions for which she felt calm, serene and well cared for.
