F	Francesca Finazzo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi chiedo come un ospedale del genere sia ancora aperto nel 2021 senza che nessuno si curi del fatto che non solo la struttura è pessima ma il personale medico sanitario è ancora peggio! Entrati al pronto soccorso in codice giallo per sospetto ischemia, vediamo il primo medico dopo 10 ore, ma questa non è la cosa peggiore.... Mio padre rimane in una brandina per 72 ore riuscendo a parlare solamente una volta con un neurologo, il resto dei medici che si susseguono nei vari turni si limita alla lettura della cartella clinica senza fare un ulteriore controllo e senza fornirgli nessuna informazione. Al personale tutto manca la voglia di lavorare e non intravedi nemmeno a distanza la passione per il lavoro che sta svolgendo! Mi chiedo come non si vergogni nell'aver scelto un lavoro così nobile e nello svolgerlo così male! Una vergogna... Pietà livello 1 la gente butta voci chiedendo aiuto e dopo 2 ore e mezzo dove si scopre che gli ortopedici hanno firmato e si sono ritirati dopo 2 ore e mezzo vedendo 8 pazienti in fila . Sporcizia ineducazione volgarità in posizione della legge da parte di operatori medici. Struttura antica che andrebbe curata e ristrutturata, invece è nel degrado più assoluto, sporcizia, strade rotte del posteggio a pagamento, giardini abbandonati a se stessi immersi nell'immondizia, reperti artistici come fontane, laghetti, strutture in liberty lasciate semi distrutte al degrado più totale tutto questo fa solo da cornice per quello che ci aspetta una volta entrati, sono stato con un codice rosso entrato in ambulanza 30 ore al pronto soccorso, ogni dottore che cambiava il turno dava una diagnosi diversa, una fila disumana e dottori, giovani, che tra un paziente e l'altro facevano lunghe pause facendo accrescere il disagio tra le persone, portieri che vedrei meglio a vendere stigghiùola e abbanniari al mercato piuttosto che in un ospedale. L'incompetenza fa da sovrana dopo 9 ore di diuretici si sono accorti che il paziente non aveva il catetere sotto mio avviso altrimenti... Un incubo, se avete la possibilità scegliete strutture private o fuori da Palermo. Sono passati due anni e non è cambiato niente in meglio, anzi, con l'emergenza covid-19 è ancora più sporco e la sanificazione è ridicola, panno bagnato di detergente e via.. All'interno il paziente non capisce come muoversi, sia per la mancanza di congrue segnaletiche sia per l'assenza di tabelloni luminosi che segnalino un turno correttamente. Cosicché i pazienti sono costretti a prendere un turno virtuale col rischio comprendibilissimo di confusione. A Palermo pare che le cose più semplici diventino un ostacolo insormontabile e godere dei servizi è diventato sempre più per il cittadino una faticosa corsa ad ostacoli. Bisogna augurarsi di stare sempre in buona salute per non incorrere in strutture del genere! It is not possible that a public facility is kept in such a state of decay and neglect. A	Andrea on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Danno delle fasce orarie per il ricevimento con i medici per avere informazioni sui parenti ricoverati e poi non vengono rispettati (dicono che siccome c'è confusione i medici non hanno intenzione di fare i colloqui e indicano di chiamare dopo qualche ora ma al telefono non risponde nessuno)! TUTTO CIÒ È INACCETABILE E SURREALE!!! VERGOGNA!!! Al triage mentre spiegavo i miei sintomi al triagista lui parlava al telefono e mi ha dato un codice verde. Mi cambia in codice giallo solo dopo 5ore quando avvertivo bruciori alla testa. In 9ore non mi hanno fatto nè prelievo, nè elettrocardiogramma, ma solo misurato la pressione alle 13.30 e non mi hanno neanche detto se fosse bassa o alta. Che dire, dopo 9ore il nuovo triagista mi dice di poter ripetere l'elettrocardiogramma CHE NON HO MAI FATTO. Lì li ho salutati "carinamente" e me ne sono andata. Organizzazione PARI A ZERO. Personale che non prende sul serio i pazienti e ne deride anche. Vergognatevi. On May 6th I had to wait from 12.30 to 21.30 to be able to tell the staff how incompetent they were! Gestito da personale, a tutti i livelli, che ha più a che fare con il regno animale che con l'essere umano, e non me ne vogliano gli animali. Perché per la mia dolorosa e recentissima esperienza ho trovato in ogni settore di questo ospedale, sopraffazione, arroganza, incapacità, e potrei dire persino violenza psicologica nei confronti mei e dei miei parenti più stretti. Io veramente non capisco come un ospedale pubblico nel 2022, anche in una terra dimenticata da dio come la nostra, possa essere gestito in questo modo indegno. Fortunatamente adesso mia madre si trova in un'altra struttura ospedaliera dove purtroppo a breve se ne andrà. This hospital is one of the big problems of this city.
