Avevo chiesto più volte dove dovessi dirigermi per effettuare la visita... Ma il tizio diceva di aspettare non ascoltando nemmeno cosa gli stessi dicendo. Dopo aver sbraitato un po' si è degnato di rispondermi. Si sentono investiti di autorità solo perché indossano una divisa. Queste cose al nord non esistono. Sono tutti più umili medici ed infermieri. E se percaso rientri il giorno dopo.. devi rifare l'accettazione!! Assurdo!!! Un operatore per tutto........ Da aumentare il numero del personale per il triage e fare corsie a parte per i rientri!!! Fai una domanda e non ti sanno rispondere .meno di una stella non c'è. Receensisco al fine di ritrovare qualche miglioria. Spero. I have no words. Poor to those who happen. Ricoverano d'urgenza mio padre nel pomeriggio verso le 16, non riesco ad avere nessuna informazione né sul perché venga operato né sul suo stato, prendo l'aereo da Milano per venire di corsa a vedere come sta e una volta arrivata mi dicono che causa Covid non mi fanno entrare a salutare mio padre quando all'ingresso il personale di servizio nemmeno indossava la mascherina, vergognosi, spero chiudate battenti per sempre!
