E' un esempio di quello che dovrebbe essere un medico, ed è un medico del quale la vera "Sanità" dovrebbe riempire le sue fila. I must report and thank the great humanity and availability of the Head of the motor rehabilitation department, dr. Giulio Fata. He is an example of what a doctor should be, and he is a doctor whose true "Health" should fill his ranks.

Prima di mettere i piedi in questa struttura non avrei pensato di vivere un'esperienza di questo genere: Struttura fatiscente, locali sudici, personale ridotto al minimo e di competenza infima. Dirigenti menefrighisti. Da un luogo dal quale ci si aspetta salute, non si può pensare di subire ulteriori danni (si rischia davvero l'abbandono). Sconsiglio vivamente a tutti di mandare i vostri cari in un posto del genere se ci tenete davvero all'incolumità di essi. La mia esperienza non la racconto qui perchè molto probabilmente sarà argomento di sede legale. L'unica cosa che mi preme è consigliarvi di non mettere i piedi in questo posto. Il reparto è nuovo nulla da dire,il cibo pessimo!sempre le stesse cose: ricotta,formaggio fresco,pasta e fagioli o lenticchie! Il personale:alcuni gentili e disponibili altri antipatici e maleducati!una sera abbiamo chiamato verso le 20 x far mettere a letto mio papà che non riusciva più a stare seduto e l'operatore socio sanitario in turno non è venuto perché era impegnato a guardarsi la televisione e ci ha risposto anche molto maleducatamente!ha dimenticavo che molti pazienti avevano spesso episodi di dissenteria! (Probabilmente causati dal cibo) è per concludere mio papà si è anche preso la polmonite è abbiamo dovuto insistere perché chiamassero il medico di guardia che ringraziando il cielo lo ha fatto portare in pronto a bisceglie x delle lastre!non siamo rimasti x niente soddisfatti!le persone anziché uscire con le proprie gambe escono più morte che vive!! In primo luogo, il personale è a mio parere dotato di scarse competenze tecniche, assolutamente necessarie per il buon esito dei trattamenti. In secondo luogo, lo stesso personale pecca di doti relazionali, indispensabili per ogni lavoro a diretto contatto con della gente, figurarsi in un istituto di cura, dove il malato dovrebbe essere sotto costante monitoraggio. In terzo luogo, vorrei sottolineare la mancanza di motivazione dei dipendenti, i quali fanno pesare ogni azione svolta durante il loro lavoro ai malati e alle loro famiglie. Infine, specifico il generale rifiuto ad assumersi le proprie responsabilità. Se chiamate qualcuno per fare o chiedere qualcosa, molto probabilmente vi sentirete dire che non è compito loro fare o dire quella cosa, senza peraltro indicare a chi rivolgersi. Questa è la "Divina Provvidenza" di Bisceglie. My experience in the physical medicine and rehabilitation department leads me to strongly advise against the facility for several reasons. First of all, in my opinion, the staff has little technical skills, which are absolutely necessary for the success of the treatments. Secondly, the staff themselves lack relational skills, which are indispensable for any work in direct contact with people, let alone in a care institution, where the patient should be under constant monitoring. Thirdly, I would like to underline the lack of motivation of employees, who make every action carried out during their work weigh on the sick and their families. Finally, I specify the general refusal to assume one's responsibilities. If you call someone to do or ask for something, you will most likely be told that it is not their job to do or say that thing, without indicating who to contact. This is Bisceglie's "Divine Providence".

Quanto vissuto mi porta a sconsigliare vivamente questa Unità Operativa per l'assoluta incompetenza ed inadeguatezza di tutto il personale ivi presente, DI OGNI ORDINE E GRADO. Non entro nei particolari perchè non è questa la sede più opportuna per definire ed attribuire responsabilità, ma ribadisco con forza l'imperizia del personale medico e l'inutile saccenza, arroganza e negligenza dei dipendenti tutti. What I have experienced leads me to strongly advise against this Operating Unit due to the absolute incompetence and inadequacy of all the staff present therein, OF ANY ORDER AND GRADE. I will not go into details because this is not the most appropriate place to define and attribute responsibilities, but I strongly reiterate the inexperience of the medical staff and the useless saccenza, arrogance and negligence of all employees.
G	Giuseppe Malerba on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RSA MADRE PIA le recensioni a 1 stella rispecchiano esattamente la situazione, atteggiamento da struttura statale anni '90, da una struttura privata ti aspetti maggior cura su tutti gli aspetti (cibo, cortesia al telefono, personale competente...). deluso! pentito di aver portato mio padre che prima della frattura del femore camminava autonomamente, operato, portato li per la riabilitazione e invece è stato praticamente allettato dal primo giorno. come distruggere la dignità di una anziano. grazie a loro mio padre non camminerà più. :( il 21 dicembre mio padre è deceduto per denutrizione e setticemia! personale assolutamente carente e inesperto, sfruttato e alla prima occasione scappano via! non sono in grado di dar a mangiare a chi non è autosufficiente, quindi o mangi da solo o muori. mio padre è uscito da quel lagher che pesava non più di 30kg! è uscito con setticemia per una piaga assolutamente non curata!, perchè se fosse stata minimamente curata non sarebbe diventata di quelle dimensioni! sconsiglio vivamente quella struttura! la magistratura farà piena luce RSA MOTHER PIA the 1-star reviews reflect exactly the situation, attitude of a state structure of the 90s, from a private structure you expect greater care on all aspects (food, courtesy on the phone, competent staff ...). disappointed! Alle spalle,infatti,il personale incompetente,si getta tutto. Pazienti che corrispondono a numeri e trattati come numeri. Mancanza di cura per tutto,sia dal punto di vista fisiologico che psicologico del paziente, disinteresse,disorganizzazione,indecenza, arroganza e presunzione,regnano in questa struttura,malgestita alla fonte e agli apici. Mia mamma viene dimessa dopo un mese e mezzo oggi,senza l'adeguata procedura,facendo ricadere tutta la responsabilità sui figli.Vergogna????Si può parlare di vergogna nel 2021?? Preferisco un cartone sotto un ponte,se proprio devo essere trattata da rifiuto e avvertire,ogni giorno in degenza,sensazione di abbandono e noncuranza.Questo raccontava mia mamma. Potrei scrivere ancora tanto sulle"meraviglie"di questa struttura ma non merita nemmeno lapubblicità negativa. Non abbiamo avuto il tempo di cercare una struttura seria e competente, purtroppo,perché si trattava della frattura di un femore e non si poteva aspettare. Negativa e squallida in tutto,non consiglio questa clinica davvero a nessuno. D	Domenico Saragaglia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ricoverato dop un ictus per la riabilitazione, mi sono accorto sin da l'inizio che non era un ambiente bello, l'alimentazione lasciava molto a desiderare, quei pochi OSS che c'erano dovevano assistere davvero tanti ricoverati e molte volte per questo motivo davano l'impressione di non essere attivi. Per quanto riguarda la riabilitazione devo dire di essere stato fortunato ad avere una fisioterapista in gamba cioè la sig.ANNA LISA LAMANUZZI che fa questo lavoro con il cuore, cercando, con la sua esperienza, di riabilitare anche l'impossibile Sono stato mandato via perché ritenuto guarito, anche se mancavano 10 giorni alla fine del percorso terapeutico e non era vero che fossi guarito ma servivono i posti per altri. Sono dovuto andare da un altro centro riabilitativo per completare il tutto. Ringrazio ancora la sig.Anna Lisa è stata l'unica cosa positiva di questa esperienza a dir poco negativa Hospitalized after a stroke for rehabilitation, I realized from the beginning that it was not a beautiful environment, the nutrition left a lot to be desired, those few OSS that were there had to assist so many hospitalized and many times for this reason they gave the impression of not being active. As for the rehabilitation I must say that I was lucky to have a good physiotherapist that is Ms ANNA LISA LAMANUZZI who does this work with her heart, trying, with her experience, to rehabilitate even the impossible I was sent away because considered cured, even if there were 10 days to go until the end of the therapeutic path and it was not true that I was cured but places were needed for others. I had to go to another rehabilitation center to get it all done. Thanks again to Mrs. Anna Lisa was the only positive thing about this experience to say the least negative
