★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vergognosi ! Non ho altro da dire servizio pessimo al pronto soccorso ti fanno aspettare ore e ore un incubo ma questa è l’Italia ! Più che pronto soccorso si dovrebbe chiamare pronto morte gli si addice di più !
 Shameful! I have nothing more to say bad service in the emergency room they make you wait for hours and hours a nightmare but this is Italy! More than emergency room you should call emergency room suits him more!

Ho atteso mezz’ora in sala per sentirmi dire “vai alla cassa poi torna per le risposte”.
Alla cassa ho atteso di nuovo 45 minuti per pagare. Attese infinite che potrebbero essere eliminate facilmente.
Embarrassing
I waited half an hour in the room to be told "go to the cashier then come back for the answers".
At the cashier I again waited 45 minutes to pay. Endless expectations that could be easily eliminated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pronto soccorso in una giornata non di grande affluenza totalmente inefficiente.. Attendere 5 ore x una lastra e poi altre 7 x un esito!
Bbini piccoli fatti attendere ore, un anziano morso da un cane lasciato ore con una medicazione posticcia..
Mi spiace ma molto delusa!
First aid on a day that is not very busy and totally inefficient. Wait 5 hours for a plate and then another 7 for a result!
Small children made to wait for hours, an elderly dog bitten by a dog left for hours with a false dressing ..
I'm sorry but very disappointed!

Purtroppo non vi riconoscerò se vi dovessi incontrare, ma siete state davvero carine con me e mia figlia che siamo dovute stare una notte con voi in quanto positive ma non per problemi legati al covid. Grazie davvero. Elena in particolar modo. <3 Grazie
First aid Covid - the really kind nurses. Unfortunately I will not recognize you if I meet you, but you have been really nice to me and my daughter that we had to stay a night with you as positive but not for covid problems. Thank you very much. Elena in particular. <3 Thank you

Aspettare ore e ore in giornate di poca affluenza per mancanza di personale; medici incompetenti (non sto a spiegare le diagnosi sbagliate o quelle mancate perché mettono a disagio persino me); personale infermieristico maleducato ed insensibile. Pazienti anziani e con demenze abbandonati per ore su lettini nei corridoi, senza assistenza. Non fanno entrare accompagnanti per stare con un familiare con Alzheimer per il Covid, ma poi i malati vengono tenuti insieme nello stesso corridoio anche senza mascherina!!!Ormai, se c’è qualche problema, si va diretti al pronto soccorso di Ancona. Vergognoso !!!
Absolutely to be avoided! Waiting for hours and hours on days of low turnout due to lack of staff; incompetent doctors (I'm not explaining wrong or missed diagnoses because they make even me uncomfortable); rude and insensitive nursing staff. Elderly and dementia patients abandoned for hours on cots in the corridors, without assistance. They do not allow accompanying persons to stay with a family member with Alzheimer's due to Covid, but then the sick are kept together in the same corridor even without a mask !!! By now, if there is any problem, we go straight to the emergency room in Ancona. Shameful !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an allergic neck rash which spread badly during my holiday in civitanova. The hotel staff advised to go to the first aid at this hospital. When i arrived, there were other 5 patients at the waiting room and two of them were bleeding. I understand my situation was not emergency but my neck was itching like hell. I waited 3 hrs and the bleeding patients were also not yet treated. I left the hospital with big disappointment. If you are not dying, please dont come to the first aid here. Go to the green cross instead. They are very helpful.
