Qui uno schifo totale...mai visto prima ? NO COMMENT !!! E sotto COVID con tutti i contro del caso....1 fra tutti nn poter star vicino al malato...è dura... un lato positivo c'è...gli ospedali sono vuoti ...! Attesa lunghissima e prestazione inconcludente. Stanza super affollata con scarsissima attenzione da parte del personale. Non è stata una mia scelta venire e quando ho chiesto collaborazione per agevolare rapido trasferimento altrove mi è stato risposto con altezzosità che ero male informata sulle procedure e che l'informarsi da parte loro avrebbe richiesto tempo...il tutto a fronte di una persona sofferente al momento e non "tra del tempo". No stars. Bad first aid experience. Unfriendly if not arrogant staff absolutely not helpful. Long wait and inconclusive performance. Super crowded room with very little attention from the staff. It was not my choice to come and when I asked for cooperation to facilitate a quick transfer elsewhere I was replied with haughtiness that I was misinformed about the procedures and that the information on their part would take time ... all in front of a person suffering at the moment and not "in time".

Aspettato di fare una risonanza magnetica per una settimana, fatto da cavia per tre volte perché il macchinario era sempre guasto. Richiesta visita neurologica, non è stato fatto nulla. Hanno negato l'evidenza su patologie preesistenti con grossa scortesia. Sono immobile in un letto da anni. Meglio morire a casa che in questo ospedale che non merita neanche una stella! Neurology Department 2018. Unkindness and incompetence. Waited to do an MRI for a week, guinea pig three times because the machine was always out of order. Neurological visit requested, nothing was done. They denied the evidence on pre-existing pathologies with gross rudeness. I have been motionless in a bed for years. Better to die at home than in this hospital that doesn't even deserve a star!
V	Vania Donati on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una mia amica si reca al pronto soccorso di San Severino Marche a seguito di forti dolori addominali seguiti da abbondanti perdite di sangue e malessere generale. Trova ad accoglierla un ex medico in pensione richiamato al lavoro a causa della carenza di medici che c’è in questo periodo. Il dottore è gentile umano e competente e dopo alcuni accertamenti la dimette dicendo di ripresentarsi il giorno dopo per visita gastroenterologica ed ulteriori accertamenti. Il mattino seguente la signora viene inviata dal pronto soccorso di San Severino, dove non era in servizio alcun gastroentetologo, a quello di Macerata per proseguire i controlli del caso. Qui il caos più totale! La mia amica viene fatta accomodare in sala d’attesa e alle 15 del pomeriggio, dopo più di 6 ore, le dicono che deve tornare il mattino seguente perché il gastroenterologo lavora solo al mattino ed ha finito il turno!!! Credo che situazioni del genere debbano essere segnalate per evitare che accadano di nuovo! Veramente allucinante!!! The following morning the lady is sent from the emergency room in San Severino, where no gastrointologist was on duty, to that of Macerata to continue the necessary checks. Here the utter chaos! My friend is made to sit in the waiting room and at 15 in the afternoon, after more than 6 hours, they tell her that she has to come back the next morning because the gastroenterologist only works in the morning and has finished the shift !!! I believe such situations need to be reported to prevent them from happening again! Really hallucinating !!!

Arrivo mi prendono mi mettono su un lettino mi inseriscono un ago a mo' di maccellaia. Educazione bassa con maltrattamenti. In due ore non è arrivato nessuno nessuna visita...in due ore ma chi prendete in "giro". Dietro il vetro il divertimento. Mi stavo per togliere L'ago da solo perché la "signora" non voleva toglierlo e mi ha urlato come se fossi in galera. Fate schifo. Worse than that ... they will be able to do it. All documentable. Macerata emergency room. I arrive they take me put me on a bed they insert a needle like a maccellaia. Low education with mistreatment. In two hours no one has arrived, no visits ... in two hours but who are you kidding. Behind the glass the fun. Non dimentichiamoci però che all'interno della struttura ospedaliera ci sono dottori di altissimo livello. Certo i continui boicottaggio attuati da persone ignote che favoriscono misteriosi guasti, peggiorano la situazione con l'obiettivo di spingere i cittadini ad usufruire del servizio sanitario privato. Fenomeno diffuso di mal costume tipico del nostro bel paese. Comunque tutto ciò non sminuisce affatto il lavoro quotidiano che svolge il personale sanitario per salvare le vite delle persone.
