G	Giovanni Paolo De Marzo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi sono andato a fare una visita cardiologica presso questa clinica e una volta entrate volevano il Green Pass pur essendo il paziente che doveva essere sottoposto alle visite, la cosa peggiore è che il personale è convinto che il Green Pass è obbligatorio anche per i pazienti e non solo per gli accompagnatori, infatti dopo una piccola discussione, sono entrato dopo ho scoperto che l'orario con il medico era alle 14:30 e non alle 13:30 come mi è stato detto al telefono, anzi, al telefono mi hanno anche invitato ad anticipare di 30 minuti. Durante la visita medica, il medico mi fa accomodare fuori per servire un altro paziente arrivato dopo di me e poi mi fa rientrare per rispogliarmi e fare anche l'elettrocardiogramma dopo prima aver fatto ecografia. Finito di fare la prestazione medica, torno su e parlo con le addette che all'ingresso che credevano di sapere con profonda convinzione che il Green Pass è obbligatorio per tutti facendo anche passare per bugiardo chi invece sa meglio di loro sul DPCM emanato dal Governo. Pensavo che la struttura privata fosse meglio dell'ospedale pubblico ma mi sono sbagliato. Visto che non erano consentiti accompagnatori o visite a causa nuovo aumento COVID, un'anziana di 84 anni che non sa leggere né scrivere, era l'unica che poteva informare e chiamare i parenti per informare dell'esito dell'intervento dopo l'anestesia. Dopo ben 6 ORE di chiamate ripetute al centralino e risposte scontrose e scocciate, l'infermiera si è decisa a muoversi per andare in stanza e vedere le condizioni della paziente e capire perché non riuscisse a chiamare. Molte richieste (es ghiaccio) o venivano ignorate completamente o venivano accolte dopo ore. Inoltre la televisione non è stata mai accesa nonostante fosse stata richiesta più volte. Letti scomodissimi e affossati. Sicuramente la mancanza di molto personale o lo stress influisce sulla voglia di lavorare di molti, ma se non è per voi cambiate lavoro! PS SICURAMENTE CI SONO LE ECCEZIONI, PURTROPPO NON CONOSCENDO I NOMI IN QUESTIONE, NON POSSO ELENCARLI In the Orthopedics ward, most of the nurses are unavailable, grumpy and not at all empathetic. I was alone and terrified, but the whole personnel- all the doctors, nurses and the other stuff took really a great care of me. They were patient and helpful. I couldn’t ask for more! The hospital itself is clean, well equipped. Thank you once again for your hard work!!
