C è un Dio e anche voi medici, infermieri e tutti voi operatori sanitari, diventerete anziani e vi ammallerete... C è un karma, ricordatevelo... Dopo diverse ore di attesa, giusto o normale che sia, il medico che ha visitato mia madre prontamente ci indirizzato verso l accettazione della radiologia. Qui abbiamo trovato una segretaria al quando scorbutica. Alta con i capelli rossi e occhiali. Ha iniziato ad urlare e, lascio a voi immaginare il linguaggio colorito. Il tutto davanti ad una marea di pazienti, tra cui mia madre che, mentre veniva sottoposta ai raggi ha iniziato a tremare per l’ agitazione. Trattasi di soggetto anziano e oncologico. Chi lavora a contatto con il pubblico deve avere la voglia di farlo, e non di scaricare i nervosismi davanti a gente che di certo non è in ospedale per prendere un caffè o fare un aperitivo vista barella ! Aggiungo anche che , avendo fatto reclamo per un episodio increscioso avuto con una dottoressa ,non ho avuto alcuna risposta dalla direzione sanitaria né dalla ASL, né dal urp.Questa è altra violazione dell art.13 diritti del malato. Ho apprezzato la grande professionalità del personale medico e infermieristico nonché la serietà, la puntualità e il tatto dimostrati. Si tratta di personale che tratta il paziente come dovrebbe essere sempre.... con umanità. Tra tutti ho potuto apprezzare in particolare i dottori Sblendorio, Tempesta e Procacci.
