★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da prevedere sempre attese molto lunghe, specialmente al pronto soccorso, ma anche alla cassa e allo sportello prenotazioni.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Struttura vecchia tenuta male si vedono in molte zone tubature scoperte, buchi nei muri e l'intonaco sporco e staccato, poco pulito dovrebbe essere ristrutturato e rimodernizzato da cima a fondo.
Il peggio si riscontra nella tantissima maleducazione e arroganza dei medici, degli infermieri e del resto del personale costantemente insolenti che maltrattano continuamente i pazienti certi dovrebbero essere licenziati e radiati per l'aggressività e lassismo ingestibile che hanno sempre assolutamente non sono idonei a svolgere questi lavori di alto valore.
È sempre molto brutto venire qui ogni visita e esame viene fatto superficialmente e lo ripeto con tanta cattiveria e maleducazione si entra e esce dall'ospedale stressati e provati.
Purtroppo tutti gli ospedali sono così e anche peggio.

It is always very bad to come here every visit and examination is done superficially and I repeat it with so much nastiness and rudeness you enter and leave the hospital stressed and tried.
Unfortunately, all hospitals are like this and even worse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Centralino troppo lento a rispondere ai clienti, 10 secondi prima che qualcuno rispondesse. 2 minuti per farsi dare a voce il numero di cellulare per prenotare un vaccino, perché loro, essendo centralino non mandano mail... va beh. Ho aspettato un altro minuto per farmi rindirizzare al numero come la signora mi aveva detto... avanti così pubblica amministrazione, ottimo lavoro
Switchboard too slow to respond to customers, 10 seconds before someone answered. 2 minutes to get the cell phone number spoken to book a vaccine, because they, being a switchboard, do not send mail ... okay. I waited another minute to get redirected to the number as the lady told me ... go ahead public administration, great job

Io non me la prendo con i dipendenti che fanno quello che possono ma qui manca proprio la materia prima . Si parla di un ospedale non di un albergo . Bisogna provvedere a certe esigenze . ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto un esame presso il reparto Urologia rimanendo colpito dalla professionalità e gentilezza di TUTTO il reparto, il medico, il personale infermieristico e le addette alla segreteria. Tutte persone squisite. Sono fortunati a Fano ad avere un Ospedale gestito da persone così. Grazie!
I took an exam in the Urology department and was impressed by the professionalism and kindness of the WHOLE department, the doctor, the nursing staff and the secretarial staff. All exquisite people. They are lucky in Fano to have a hospital run by people like that. Thank you!

Ho apprezzato moltissimo la professionalità e la gentilezza del personale infermieristico sia del reparto di chirurgia generale che di quello predisposto al blocco operatorio, il giovane medico anestesista e l'infermiera. Vi ringrazio per la dedizione e per la disponibilità dimostrata. Buon lavoro.
On 04/05/2022 in the morning I was operated on for an inguinal hernia. I very much appreciated the professionalism and kindness of the nursing staff both in the general surgery department and in the operating unit, the young anesthetist and the nurse. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We waltzed in to the emergency area through open doors, injured people all around us, until a nurse finally spotted us and guided to reception. Then long wait in the night for the treatment of a small injury. Hardly anybody speaks English.
