I tempi di attesa dal momento della prenotazione sono stati rapidissimi, gli operatori sono stati gentilissimi e professionali, i macchinari sono nuovi; per non farmi tornare data la lontananza da casa, mi hanno consegnato e spiegato il referto subito. Ottimo sotto tutti gli aspetti. I performed a diagnostic service in this hospital today. The waiting times from the moment of booking were very fast, the operators were very kind and professional, the machines are new; in order not to let me go again given the distance from home, they handed me over and explained the report immediately. Excellent in all respects.
o	omar alashheb on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ purtroppo una esperienza a 5 stelle ma che si è conclusa come spesso si concludono le esperienza nei reparti di oncologia... reparto ottimo, medici molto competenti e disponibili. la paziente era (sigh!) mia nonna. la struttura magari è da rivedere come funzionalità. le terapie sono mirate e sempre puntuali. kon manca mai nulla. il personale è disponibile, anche nelle sale delle terapie infusive oncologiche. unfortunately a 5-star experience but that ended as the experience in the oncology departments often ends ... excellent department, very competent and available doctors. the patient was (sigh!) my grandmother. maybe the structure is to be reviewed as functionality. the therapies are targeted and always punctual. kon never miss anything. staff are available, even in cancer infusion therapy rooms.

Pessima esperienza purtroppo vissuta nel reparto di oncologia, dove il caro dottor ..... si vede da 100 km di distanza che non ha voglia di fare niente, fa valutazioni molto superficiali come se fossero malattie normali e purtroppo non lo sono. Quando provi a intercettarlo nei reparti o contattarlo telefonicamente per chiedere info sul proprio caro da lui assistito ha sempre quel tono di voce scocciato o fa quelle facce come per dire "che p....". Io penso proprio che tu debba cambiare lavoro. Stesso parere per molte infermiere che lavorano in quel reparto. Se non avete voglia di lavorare licenziatevi e fate posto a chi ha più voglia di Voi. Molti appuntamenti venivano annullati per mancanza di comunicazione tra i dottori, poi ti dicevano "per oggi non possiamo procedere perchè ......" ma brutto def..... non vedi che sono con una persona che fa difficoltà a venire giù per i problemi che ha e farsi quei 100 km con la macchina per lui è già un grosso stress? Organizzatevi meglio branco di pecore. Sono fiero invece del reparto di radioterapia che secondo la mia esperienza funziona 300 volte meglio di quello di oncologia. Qui il personale è qualificato, gentile, rispettoso, disposto a stare ad ascoltare i problemi del malato e devo fare le mie lodi a una signora che ci lavora che penso sia la caposala del reparto. Si è sempre comportata benissimo e tutte le volte ci accoglieva con un sorriso e si vedeva che portava piacere nel lavoro da svolgere. A star is too much. Get organized better herd of sheep. Instead, I am proud of the radiotherapy department which, in my experience, works 300 times better than that of oncology. Here the staff are qualified, polite, respectful, willing to listen to the patient's problems and I must praise a lady who works there who I think is the ward manager. She always behaved very well and every time she welcomed us with a smile and we saw that she brought pleasure in the work to be done.
J	JuPi Gv on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pensavo che i medici facessero un giuramento dove non distinguevano il malato per l'etnia e religione ecc. invece qui a Pesaro-muraglia evidentemente no, sono stato con mia madre per una visita: appuntamento ore 11:15 ci siamo presentati alle 11:00 pensado che il dottore ci avrebbe chiamati se non subito entro 30 min. Entravano prima gente venuta dopo di noi ed addirittura una signora senza appuntamento senza numero e nient altro intanto si sono fatte le ore 12 e 30 e finalmente il dottore esce pensando che da li a breve ci avrebbe chiamati dato che eravamo rimasti solo noi ed 1 altra persona venuta dopo, invece il buon dottore prende e se ne va via senza dirci niente e lascia il tutto alla collega che poverina è stata gentilissima e disponibile, spiegandomi quando ho chiesto spiegazioni che probabilmente c'era stato un disguido invece non lo credo affatto perché ha chiamato tutte le persone con cognomi e nomi italiani mentre noi e un altra signora africana ci ha fatto aspettare inutilmente nonostante eravamo i primi arrivati. Detto cio ringrazio la dottoressa di cui non so il nome, mentre a te caro dottore se leggi ringrazia che sei andato via perche se avessi capito prima com'era la situazione ti avrei fatto capire un paio di cose e ricorda che il male che fai ti si ritorce contro sempre pezzo di emme che non sei altro. Having said that I thank the doctor whose name I do not know, while to you dear doctor if you read thanks that you went away because if I had understood before what the situation was I would have made you understand a couple of things and remember that always backfires piece of em that you are nothing else.
