Appuntamento alle 17:15 ...arriviamo alle 17:05 chiedo info e lascio il nome del mio compagno ad una Sig.ra in piedi dietro alla front desk. Dopo poco la stessa Sig.ra parla con un Sig.r accanto a me dicendogli che non avendo 1 app., sarebbe stato inserito appena possibile. Indovinate dove è stato inserito....prima di noi!!!! nonostante erano già le 17:20...e va bene lo stesso. Attendiamo e veniamo chiamati x la visita. Terminata la stessa, usciamo ed il mio compagno si mette in fila x pagare ed io esco a fumare una sigaretta e soprattutto x non stare in 1 ambiente irrispettoso di una qualsiasi procedura COVID e gremita di gente...non arrivo neanche alla porta che la stessa Sig.ra mi corre dietro urlando "Sig.ra il dr. ha detto che dovete pagare la visita"!!! Mi son girata ed ho detto: "certo, lo sta facendo il mio compagno ed è lì in fila" ....la risposta è stata...."a io ho visto lei cosa ne so chi era con lei???" Allora.... l'app era a nome maschile...io ti ho dato un nome maschile e soprattutto il dr. ha visitato 1 uomo ....il dr. non può assolutamente aver detto di correre dietro 1 Sig.ra urlandole che doveva pagare. Poteva anche passare se la suddetta Sig.ra del front desk avesse avuto la decenza di chiedere scusa, ma neanche quello!!!! ha continuato ad insistere e trattarmi con saccenza. Per carità!!!! Appointment at 17:15 ... we arrive at 17:05 I ask for info and I leave my partner's name to a Mrs. standing behind the front desk. After a while the same Mrs. talks to a Mr. next to me telling him that not having 1 app., He would have been inserted as soon as possible. Guess where it was inserted .... before us !!!! although it was already 17:20 ... and that's okay. We wait and we are called for the visit. After the same, we go out and my partner gets in line to pay and I go out to smoke a cigarette and above all x not to be in an environment disrespectful of any COVID procedure and crowded with people ... I don't even get to the door that Mrs. herself runs after me screaming "Mrs. the dr. said you have to pay the visit" !!! I turned around and said: "sure, my partner is doing it and he's standing there in line" .... the answer was .... "I saw her what do I know who was with her ??? " So .... the app was in a male name ... I gave you a male name and above all dr. visited 1 man .... dr. she couldn't possibly have said to run after 1 Mrs. yelling at her that she had to pay. It could even pass if the aforementioned front desk Ms. had had the decency to apologize, but not even that !!!! he continued to insist and treat me with wisdom. For charity!!!!

Segretaria per prenotare subito hanno risposto,molto cordiali. Buon lavoro! Non mi è stato chiesto nè l'esame delle urine, la prova del soffio. Altezza e peso neanche. Ma la cosa più importante è che la prova sotto sforzo è durata neanche un minuto quando solitamente almeno ne deve durare 3 monitorando il cuore prima durante e dopo lo sforzo, qui invece è stato fatto tutto superficialmente non controllando i valori di recupero post sforzo. Da notare che da anni ho un problema al cuore monitorato regolarmente e invece non è stato notato nulla, secondo loro tutto regolare... First time at this clinic. NEVER AGAIN'!!! Unica nota la durata della visita un po' più breve rispetto ad altre visite sportive fatte in altre strutture.Prezzo onesto. Consigliata Made a competitive sports visit on April 1st. D	Daniele Barbero on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi hanno dato un appuntamento in un giorno diverso da quello richiesto, quando mi presento mi dicono che non hanno segnato nessun appuntamento e, dopo aver trovato un dottore palesemente scocciato per fare un ecg fuori senza prenotazione, mi fanno pagare 20€ in più rispetto a quanto preventivato. Peggior clinica di Rimini, ogni volta minimo 40 minuti di ritardo. DA EVITARE They gave me an appointment on a different day than the one requested, when I show up they tell me that they have not marked any appointments and, after finding a doctor clearly annoyed to do an ecg out without a reservation, they charge me 20 € more than what was budgeted. Worst clinic in Rimini, each time at least 40 minutes late. TO AVOID

I medici specialisti del centro effettuano visite scrupolose e accurate! Mi sono sempre trovata benissimo, sanno veramente come prendersi cura dei pazienti! Vivamente consigliato! Clean and organized medical clinic. The girls at the reception are kind and professional. The medical specialists of the center carry out scrupulous and accurate examinations! Mi hanno dato informazioni sbagliate(magari perché non volevano sbattersi) più volte, ho dovuto contattare direttamente il dottore per poter ottenere una visita. Oltretutto è una delle cliniche più care di Rimini. Non so con che criterio scelgano il personale o come mai tengano dei prezzi tali dato lo scarsissimo servizio e organizzazione, ma sono rimasta davvero offesa dall'atteggiamento del personale. Rude and abrupt staff, especially at the reception and the girls who answer the phone. They gave me wrong information (maybe because they didn't want to bother) several times, I had to contact the doctor directly in order to get a visit. Moreover, it is one of the most expensive clinics in Rimini. I don't know how they choose the staff or why they keep prices like that given the very poor service and organization, but I was really offended by the attitude of the staff.
L	Laura Fabbri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EVITATE! 1) Mi hanno dato 10€ di resto in meno e purtroppo me ne sono accorta durante l’attesa della visita. Sono tornata a farglielo presente, ma ovviamente secondo la loro cassa era battuto tutto giusto e mi hanno detto che essendo la prima della giornata avevo pagato solo io. Peccato che prima di me in fila c’erano almeno 6 persone (che quindi erano passate dalla cassa) ovvero le due segretarie hanno spudoratamente mentito ed in modo consapevole. 2) Luogo SPORCHISSIMO non solo a terra (dove posso anche comprendere dato che pioveva) ma soprattutto il bagno. Urina asciutta sul bordo della tavoletta e ovunque sul bidet. Erano solo le 8 di mattina, non eravamo a fine giornata. 3) ZERO RISPETTO DELLA PRIVACY: le porte sono sottilissime e il medico e l’assistente parlavano a voce alta. Dalla sala d’attesa si sentivano nomi, cognomi, numeri di telefono, date di nascita, codici fiscali, indirizzi… L’assistente inoltre, ad un certo punto é uscita con molta calma, senza preoccuparsi che c’ero io mezza svestita proprio davanti la porta che facevo la visita. 4) Non è stata controllata la temperatura. 5) Visita accettabile, molto rapida, speriamo bene… NON TORNERÓ PIÙ E SCONSIGLIERÒ A CHIUNQUE INCONTRO DI ANDARE AVOID! 1) They gave me € 10 less change and unfortunately I realized it while waiting for the visit. Dry urine on the edge of the tablet and everywhere on the bidet. It was only 8 in the morning, we weren't at the end of the day. 3) ZERO RESPECT FOR PRIVACY: the doors are very thin and the doctor and assistant spoke loudly. From the waiting room you could hear names, surnames, telephone numbers, dates of birth, social security numbers, addresses ... The assistant also, at a certain point, went out very calmly, without worrying that I was half undressed right in front of the door I was visiting. 4) The temperature was not checked. 5) Visit acceptable, very quick, hopefully good ... I WILL NEVER COME BACK AND I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE I MEET TO GO
