m	maria elena capasso on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima organizzazione!una vera vergogna!dalle 8.00 arrivati in ospedale per un controllo radiografico di frattura omero di 5 gg fa e controllo ortopedico sono le 13,00 e siamo ancora in attesa per la visita ortopedica per capire se la frattura si è modificata,da premettere la paziente e’ una bimba di 8 anni che nonostante la sofferenza e’ distrutta da una attesa di oltre 5 ore. Persone anziane su sedie a rotelle che necessitano di una terapia farmacologica domiciliare sono anche loro a fare la stessa trafila! TUTTO QUESTO PERCHÉ??? UN SOLO ORTOPEDICO IN AMBULATORIO PER TRAUMI DI PRONTO SOCCORSO E QUINDI GESSI DA FARE , CONTROLLI POST TRAUMI NEL CASO MIA FIGLIA,GESSI DA TOGLIERE,PAZIENTI DAI REPARTI RICOVERATI CHE NECESSITANO CONSULENZE ORTOPEDICHE,CONTROLLI AMBULATORIALI POST INTERVENTO E TRAUMA LIEVI DI PRONTO SOCCORSO! FACCIO I MIEI COMPLIMENTI AL DIRETTORE SANITARIO ??? VERGOGNATEVI Bad organization! A real shame! Ma quando ti trovi la realta capisci che qui nn sanno neanche cosa vuol dire lavorare. Appuntamento alle 8 e 30 sono le 9 e 20 e ancora non hanno aperto neanche lo studio avranno fattto una colazione lunga al bar. Infermiere dottori e dottoresse da prendere a calci sui denti per quanto sono maleducati... andate a roccogliere i pomodori cosi capite cosa vuol dire faticare per portare a casa lo stipendio. Vergogna. Guys one thinks that what you hear about hospitals in the south are exaggerated things. But when you are the reality you see that here nn even know what it means to work. Meet at 8:30 is 9:20 and still have not even opened the study will fattto a long breakfast bar. Alle ore 12,09 arriva l’ambulanza con mia moglie che a seguito di una caduta potrebbe avere una frattura del bacino. Alle 14,30 le hanno fatto i raggi.... Ad ora (sono le 15,18) non so ancora se ha la frattura o meno.... ovviamente nessuno che si presta a dare informazioni. Dopo i fatti i commenti, innanzitutto mi chiedo come mai abbiamo indicato all’ambulanza che ha prelevato l’infortunata, questa struttura, visto che eravamo equidistanti da Matera. La struttura è sovraffollata ed ovviamente sotto organico .... .... inoltre l’ortopedia gestita da scarsissimo personale.... basti pensare che per una radiografia ci sono voluti solo 2 ore e mezza... ... gli altri commenti alla fine di questa stupida ed indecente commedia sponsorizzata da una pessima sanità che preferisce detenere il potere della salute dei cittadini offrendo pessimi servizi. A quel punto tutti nella sala d' attesa hanno sentito a cosa mi sono sottoposta. E la privacy dov' é? Purtroppo non si trova personale competente. Dovrebbero garantire la riservatezza e invece...niente! Ma siamo in ospedale e non dal pescivendolo...! Bad experience in the analysis laboratory.
