I didn't have to listen to the girl who sold it to me in the cathedral !!! on top of that they copied the color of the city sightseeing and I thought they were better! at this point I could go to them !! really bad! see only roads and really painful commentary that has nothing to do with what we are traveling on !!! very very bad !!!!! never seen a more obscene obscenity !!!
R	Riane Mezaguer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible est un petit mot pour qualifier ça, on nous la vendu comme THE Tour, mieux que la concurrence… avec une différence de 8 euros pour la même chose… pas dutout attention fuyez!!!! L’audio est en avance avec une grande différence, ils doivent parler afin de nous informer ou on est. La clim ont la sentait meme pas et a l’étage on a dus limite supplier pour fermer le haut et créer de l’ombre. On s’arrête énormément et au bout d’un moment ils informes que c’est l’heure de prendre une pause de 10 mns.. du jamais vu!!! Vraiment je vous le déconseille, la concurrence est incomparable face a eux Horrible is a little word to qualify it, it was sold to us as THE Tour, better than the competition… with a difference of 8 euros for the same thing… don't be careful, run away !!!! The audio is ahead with a big difference, they have to talk in order to let us know where we are. The air conditioning didn't even smell and upstairs we had to beg to close the upstairs and create shade. We stop a lot and after a while they inform that it's time to take a 10 minute break .. never seen before !!! Really I advise against it, the competition is incomparable against them
F	Francisco Ridaura Leal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Keep away of this tour! This company is a total scam and a trap for unaware tourists! never trust their seller at the stop or they drivers. We wanted to do both lines and bought the tickets accordingly, rode the blue line to castello stop and informed the employee and the driver that we intended tk take the red line at 16,45, time stated in this stop sign, they asked us to arrive a bit earlier and we arrived at 16,30 and waited for the bus for 40 minutes, then we we complain we were told we didn’t have the right tickets and thats way we were not picked up, this is absolutely ridiculous. We were going to buy at a lesser price and at the last minute decided to spend more and buy the longer tour with both prices no misunderstanding was possible in that situation they just don’t care at all about customers.. I will complain everywhere and hope you get your license to operate this tour removed!
