This is my favorite place in Milan. The museum is very nice, it's a little bit sad that there are not that much of history present. Most of the inside collections are catholic images or figures, all very catholic as all Italy museums, for a castle i was expecting more medieval content instead there's only 1 room about war items like armors, guns, swords, etc. Besides that, it's a very beautiful place with a lot of art and the best part are the big windows to different areas of the castle, you can take very nice pictures of the outside view of the castle. Also there's a musical instruments section that has different instrument types and it's very impressive! Tip: if you are having +1 year stay in Milano you can buy the museum card that allows you to visit all the museums in Lombardia. You pay less than 50euros and have a 1 year membership for all the museums, this way you can save up a lot of money for each museum entrance cost. Today I just arrived and presented my museum card and they gave me the entrance ticket and nothing else.

Perfect place with loads of public open space for you and your friends to chill. Visit but also take a break here. Have a drink, eat a snack or just take a quick nap under the sun. Vast green space to sit on in the park but to avoid in a windy day due to the sand roads. Slow down! Enjoy a good day like locals.

BEAUTIFUL. You can be here the whole day. Literally a day trip to this beautiful castle. Nice museums inside. We loved every peace of art. A few meters from the castle you can visit the arco dell Pace.

If you are a tourist, you can't miss thi place. The entrance to the castle is free, you pay only for the museums. Behind the castle, the biggest park in Milan where Italians come too relax. In hot summer days enjoy the fountain with water refreshing all the surrounding.

I liked the castle a-lot. You can spend the whole day in the area, because there’s so much to see! Also if you walk 10 minutes from the big castle, you’II end up at the Arch of Peace. You will walk through a beautiful big park ?

It's a castle with 6 museums inside it, all accessible for 3 euros (for students) or 5 euros. If you don't wanna go inside the museums, you can still check the place out, the fountain in front of it, and the big beautiful installations outside. However if you got time, the museus are really worth the visit. There is a Michelangelo sculpture, ancient arts and weapons, the musical instruments museum, an Egyptian museum, and a few others to check. The bad thing is that most of the exhibitions only have texts in Italian, no translation for English.

A very nice castle and museum. There are many rooms, everybody will find something to like. You need to count with exhibition which takes at least 3 hours so if you hurry, you should check only items you are interested in. There is also a beautiful view from the top. If you take a bag with you, you can store it in a locker located downstairs (1 euro deposit - will be returned after you input the key back). After exhibition you can find a good place for rest outside. This place is also magical in the evening.

Building itself is visually interesting, but not original. However, there are several rather nice museums inside. I spent there about three interesting hours for 5 Eur, which is very good value. The biggest exhibit is one of the last Michelangelo statues, which is housed in its own exposition, but there is way more to see in the castle. Definitely recommended if you have some time to spent while visiting Milano.
