Con mi esposa nunca habiamos alquilado un auto en Europa. Me facilitaron todo lo que necesitaba.
Alquile un Citroen C1 que tenia 18.000 km. Me costo 40 Euros.
Me esperaron para devolver el auto en el mismo dia asi evitaba el problema de estacionar en Florencia. No me cobraron por devolverlo antes de las 24hs como me pedian otras empresas.
Al dia siguiente ya tenia revertido los 300 Euros de garantia.
No tuve ninguna sorpresa.
Es una empresa chica pero con grandes servicios.
Es una lastima que no tengan oficinas en Roma.

Rent a Citroen C1 that was 18,000 km. I cost 40 Euros.
They waited for me to return the car on the same day so I avoided the problem of parking in Florence. They did not charge me to return it before 24hs as other companies asked me.

I did not have any surprises.
It is a small company but with great services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le véhicule reçu fut le même que demandé et était récent (bas kilométrage). Le retour du véhicule à l’agence fut très difficile étant donnée l’endroit où se situe l’agence, aucun stationnement dans les alentours. De plus, l’agence nous a chargé 10 euro pour faire nettoyer la voiture car l’extérieur était sale (nous avons fait le tour de la toscane) et l’intérieur n’était pas propre lorsque nous avons eu le véhicule. Il n’y avait aucun lave-glace. Le prix payé était très bien.
The vehicle received was the same as requested and was recent (low mileage). The return of the vehicle to the agency was very difficult given the location of the agency, no parking in the area. In addition, the agency charged us 10 euros for cleaning the car because the outside was dirty (we went around the Tuscan) and the interior was not clean when we had the vehicle. There was no windshield washer. The price paid was very good.
