Mi spiace dover raccontare questa esperienza in chiave negativa, visto che le altre volte ho trovato massima cordialità e disponibilità.
After waiting for 20 minutes to be able to take a look at the items displayed on the lower floor, I am told that it is not possible to enter unless I have specific requests.
