★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stores are fine. I purchased a table online and had problems with customer service and delivery. Cs can't be reached over the phone, only email. I wrote several times and had to wait day for the reply. They gave me a tentative date for delivery which wasn't met and assured me i would be contacted by the courier. I never was. I will never use Coin online again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The grand flor remind me of Boots beauty section. Like the one in Liverpool Street in London. In the other floors you can find everything you need, for him, her and kids. In the last one there's a good selection of things for your apartment. Good customer service, they are friendly and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coin is a chain of department stores that has been around for decades in Italy. It's a small version of Macy's. The quality is medium-high and prices are high compared to Upim (more like Target) and compared to the USA.
During the "Saldi" periods (discounts) prices are much lower.
This store was crowded and the,AC was not working, but the staff was very helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was born, raised and still live in Vomero and have known Coin since the beginning. What can I say? It stays a costly place, but the quality of the items they sell in average it's good. I didn't appreciate that much the large renovation they underwent recently. If I want to buy a car, I go to a car dealer, so don't understand why the first thing u see when u enter the shop is this huge Tesla right in front of u. Also I don't appreciate the marketing that directed the crossing of the escalators, so that regardless if u r going up or down, u can't keep going, but once u reach a floor, u have to walk on the opposite side to take the escalator again and keep going. Other than that, I like the place, because it's one of the few shops, along with the toys shop down the hill in via Cilea named "Casa Mia" who have survived decades without shutting down. Definitely worth a visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful shop that consists from few floors. Every floor is dedicated to the specific products, men and women fashion, home accessories, cosmetics and technology. You can find really unique pieces either for yourself or if you are searching for the gift for anyone. Loved the atmosphere and the range of products offered. Everything feels luxury and the staff is really gentle. I didn't want to go out. Perfect shop for inspiration as well. There are all main cosmetics brands, clothes brands from those famous ones to less known yet really luxurious. Home accessories are really one of a kind. If you want to fill your house with unique accessories and make your life beautiful, then it is the place to go.
