I commessi gentilissimi hanno risposto ad ogni mia richiesta e mi hanno offerto un'ottima degustazione indicandomi sui prodotti che più si avvicinavano ai miei gusti. Ovviamente i costi sono alti, la Nespresso è considerata la Apple del caffè, ma la qualità si paga, poi sono scelte, e io ho preferito la qualità nespresso e le proprie tariffe, che in ogni caso non dipendono dall'attività in sé, ma dai piani alti di Nespresso. There are few activities to which I have awarded 5 stars. The Nespresso boutique at Coin is truly a truly elite, tidy and personal place. The very kind salespersones answered my every request and they offered me an excellent tasting, pointing out to me the products that were closest to my tastes. Obviously the costs are high, the Nespresso is considered the Apple of coffee, but the quality is paid, then they are choices, and I have preferred the quality nespresso and their rates, which in any case do not depend on the activity itself, but from the upper floors of Nespresso.

Ci sono stato di sabato con molta affluenza ma la gentilezza degli addetti vendita è stata sublime. Durante l' attesa in fila ci hanno fatto degustare caffè chiedendoci cosa beviamo di solito e se fossimo clienti Nespresso. LA CONSIGLIO vivamente a tutti perchè la qualità del caffè e del personale è di livello molto alto. BRAVI! ed il caffè Kazaar è il migliore per me! I have been in the Btq Nespresso located in the Vomero area. I was impressed by the sunshine and kindness, combined with the professionalism of all the staff. I went there on Saturday with a lot of visitors but the kindness of the sales staff was sublime. While waiting in line they let us taste coffee asking us what we usually drink and if we were Nespresso customers. THE COUNCIL warmly to all because the quality of the coffee and staff is of a very high standard. WELL DONE! and the Kazaar coffee is the best for me!

La qualità del prodotto non si discute assolutamente essendo di un livello molto superiore alla media. Unico neo della boutique di Napoli è la grandezza del locale, davvero molto molto piccolo rispetto a tutti gli altri che ho avuto modo di conoscere. As in all Nespresso boutiques, staff are very kind, polite and always available. The quality of the product is absolutely not to be discussed as it is of a much higher level than the average. The only drawback of the Naples boutique is the size of the place, really very very small compared to all the others I got to know.

They had plenty of machines and accessories to choose from. This is are new go to for pods instead of ordering from the Nespresso website. It’s also A LOT cheaper to purchase from here vs the website.
