★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale molto maleducato e menefreghista. Con educazione ho atteso che un commesso si liberasse per poter chiedere la disponibilità dì una scarpa. Dopo essere stata ignorata per 10 minuti abbondanti, il commesso mi chiede quale scarpa volessi vedere mentre continuava a servire altre persone e a convincerle a fare una carta fedeltà. Ringrazio e attendo. Il commesso non prende si reca nemmeno in deposito e serve direttamente altre persone. Sono andata via con la convinzione dì non tornarci più. Peccato davvero, è un bel negozio ma con pessimo personale, soprattutto gli addetti alle scarpe. Capisco ci siano 4 o 5 clienti ma il lavoro va svolto sempre al meglio delle possibilità.

Inoltre ho particolarmente apprezzato la modalità di approccio di Francesco, garbato professionale e competente. Ci ha guidato all'acquisto di un paio di scarpe Nike, consigliandomi anche accessori complementari che ho acquistato volentieri, attivando anche la Card Cisalfa Pro (credo sia davvero vantaggiosa per futuri acquisti). Sicuramente in futuro per altri acquisti chiederemo di lui.

Ho fatto una fila di mezz'ora, perché la cassiera oltre ad essere lenta e chiacchierona,si è dilungata a telefono e dava da parlare anche agli altri due cassieri mentre lavoravano. L'ho fatto presente,ma da come ho letto altre recensioni non credo serva. Che peccato, un negozio così fornito ha gente che non ha voglia di lavorare.
