C	Chiara De Martino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un commesso mi ha dato della “pila elettrica” perché io quando ha provato a togliermi da mano il pantalone che avevo preso per chiedergli una taglia non esposta gli ho detto “è quello classico con scritta bianca…”. Onestamente offesa dal suo comportamento visto tutta la gentilezza con cui mi sono posta nei suoi confronti prendo e me ne vado alla cassa solo con la felpa e senza pantalone… cassiera scontrosa come poche, salutata e manco guardata in faccia, ho augurato buon lavoro e nemmeno un cenno a stento mi ha passato la busta. 2 stelle perché il negozio è ben fornito e perché Nike è sempre Nike ma personale insopportabile. __ Ci tengo a precisare che altre volte sono stata in store in passato e ho trovato delle ragazze gentili. Sarà capitato? Leggendo le altre recensioni non credo? A salesman gave me an "electric battery" because when he tried to take off the trousers I had taken from my hand to ask him for an unexposed size, I said "it's the classic one with white writing ...". Honestly offended by his behavior given all the kindness with which I have placed myself towards him I take and go to the cash desk only with the sweatshirt and without pants ... surly cashier like few others, greeted and not even looked in the face, I wished you good work a nod barely passed the envelope to me. 2 stars because the shop is well stocked and because Nike is always Nike but unbearable staff. __ I want to clarify that other times I have been to the store in the past and I have found nice girls. Will it have happened? Reading the other reviews I don't think
G	Gian Paolo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho un terribile sospetto, premetto che sono cliente da 10 anni, l'ultima volta, in periodo di saldi compro un pantalone non in saldo, quindi nuova collezione prezzo pieno, lo misuro grigio ma vedendo che era disponibile anche nero lo prendo della stessa taglia senza provarlo, avendo l'abitudine di lavare i vestiti prima di indossarli lo metto direttamente in lavatrice arrivato a casa, quando lo indosso mi rendo conto che una gamba è più corta dell'altra di almeno 2,5 cm.!i dubbi sono molti, lche non sia originale? Che sia uno scarto non destinato alla vendita? Ripeto non parlo di un capo in saldo o vecchio ma di una nuova collezione, chiaramente avendolo lavato non ho neanche fatto il tentativo di farmelo cambiare conoscendo il disponibilissimo staff...

One member of the staff shadowed us all the time when we were shopping in the store but again didn't say a word to us or even smiled. In stead she stared us angrily. Hope to have this kind of experience never again.

They also said they needed to close the shop earlier so they made all the customers leave 30 min earlier. It was a joke. This is suppose to be a flagship store, never buying Nike again, ever.
