Purtroppo a seguito di un probabile difetto sulla cerniera di un giaccone sono stato costretto a richiedere una riparazione/cambio e indovinate... Non solo sono stato accusato diverse volte da diversi impiegati di aver rotto io il capo forzando la chiusura della zip (ovviemente cosa mai successa) ma, come se non bastasse, mi hanno detto ben due volte di aver risolto problema (addirittura affermando di aver portato il capo da una sarta) e per due volte si è di nuovo rotto la prima volta che l'ho indossato. Morale della favola: ho dovuto spendere di tasca mia soldi per ripararla... Mai successo niente di simile da nessun'altra parte... Bad experience.
