Ciò non significa e non ci si arroga il diritto di fornire una prestazione non corretta gestita da una titolare presuntuosa sgarbata e enon professionale, come constatato anche da altri clienti, che in mia presenza da una cliente non si é fatta trovare e fa di tutto per scoraggiare l'utilizzo del coupon in maniera da farti acquistare i pacchetti gestiti da lei. Questo non sarebbe ancora nulla se a tutto ciò si unisce un'accoglienza scarna con pochissimi attrezzi e soprattutto effettuare una ceretta o un massaggio in una cabina non riscaldata in pieno inverno . Il non avere rispetto per i soldi spesi dai clienti per il tempo, spacciare una uno scrub viso mettendo soltanto un po' di latte detergente. Ho lamentato più volte la temperatura troppo alta e una volta tornata a casa mi sono resa conto che il lavoro non è stato eseguito bene in quanto mi sono ritrovata con molti peli, strisce dimenticate e per quello che è costata... Sono consapevole che la skin's costi di più ma vorrei uscirmene con gambe perfettamente lisce. Inoltre non mi è stata applicata la crema ma mi è stato dato un vasetto ricoperto di polvere che chissà quanta gente ci ha messo le mani. Anche il centro apparentemente sembra pulito ma i davanzali sono zeppi di polvere e lo stesso i lettini, una volta tolta la carta si presenta una fodera di spugna davvero lercia. Ultima cosa, non meno importante, le mascherine da parte dello staff sono un optional putroppo non riesco a rispondere alla vostra riposta ma è davvero molto triste rispondere in questo modo piuttosto che accettare la cosa, perché è così e sono molto rammaricata di non aver fatto delle foto per testimoniare ciò. Come ho scritto prima personale cordiale, peccato che oltre la sporcizia ci sia la cattiva educazione da parte di chi lo dirige che da queste riposte!
