★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale in store molto gentile e prodotti non sono niente male, ma non chiedete mai di realizzare un prodotto personalizzato perché evidentemente non sono organizzati in tal senso. Ho chiesto un preventivo per un bracciale personalizzato, sono stato rimbalzato da una mail all'altra per 3 settimane, manco dovessi convincerli io a vendermi qualcosa.... ovviamente in quelle 3 settimane avevo trovato altri che potessero fare lo stesso tipo di lavoro.
La settimana scorsa ho chiesto il preventivo per un altro articolo personalizzato, non mi ha risposto nessuno al momento, ma vi farò sapere se mi risponderanno mai...
Very kind in-store staff and products are not bad, but never ask to make a customized product because obviously they are not organized in this sense. I asked for a quote for a personalized bracelet, I was bounced from one email to another for 3 weeks, I didn't even have to convince them to sell me something .... obviously in those 3 weeks I had found others who could do the same kind of work.
Last week I asked for a quote for another custom item, no one has answered me at the moment, but I will let you know if they ever reply ...
