★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il giorno di San Valentino dire ai clienti che sono terminati la stragrande maggioranza di accessori che Pandara ha ideato proprio per festeggiare San Valentino e' un vero ossimoro. Non e' certo colpa delle commesse ma di chi ha la gestione del negozio. E' colpa invece delle commesse non avere una preparazione adeguata per proporre valide alternative. A dirla tutta tale impreparazione e' solo delle piu' giovani perche' le altre sono molto brave.
On Valentine's Day, telling customers that the vast majority of accessories that Pandara has created to celebrate Valentine's Day have finished is a real oxymoron. It is certainly not the fault of the orders but of those who manage the shop. It is instead the fault of the orders not to have adequate preparation to propose valid alternatives. To be honest, this lack of preparation is only of the youngest ones because the others are very good.

After a short wait, I entered this "Pandora" store in Via Scarlatti with my daughter and we were welcomed and accompanied to the counter by a very kind saleswoman, Miss Federica, who guided us with great courtesy, competence and grace. in choosing some charms, Christmas gift for my wife. Showing love for her work, professionalism and a respect for the informal client, Miss Federica made this experience pleasant for us.
