Non è stata la goccia che ha fatto traboccare il vaso, avremmo fatto l'ordine lo stesso, ma hanno anche abbassato la qualità del "servizio". Per avere un trattamento economico degno siamo stati costretti a richiedere fattura - con prezzi comunque maggiorati dall'IVA di circa il 10% rispetto all'anno prima - fatto l'ordine, il caffè c'era, le macchinette napoletane presenti a listino, finite, le confezioni regalo Natalizie, finite... Chiedo cortesemente di poter ricevere la merce entro Natale e il 13 dicembre (undici giorni prima) erano "troppo oberati di lavoro per non poter garantire l'arrivo della merce (IN UNDICI GIORNI, NOVE LAVORATIVI, IN UN'EPOCA IN CUI ORMAI BUONA PARTE DEI SITI GARANTISCE CONSEGNE A 48 O ADDIRITTURA 24H, ndr)". Chiami, vuoi parlare con "Stefano" - che è la persona che ha gentilmente risposto alla tua mail - ma "Stefano non c'è, può riprovare tra dieci minuti?", riprovi dopo dieci minuti, ma di Stefano e della sua postazione non v'è traccia. Così come dopo venti e trenta minuti. Alla fine lascio il mio numero, Stefano mi richiama dopo qualche ora, ma mi conferma solo che "Si, i prezzi sono cambiati, elaboreremo la Vostra mail...". Male. Non metto una stella, perché la qualità del caffè è la migliore che abbia provato in assoluto, e sono rammaricato che dopo ben quattro anni, sarò costretto a cambiare marca, ma è così, da privato è praticamente impossibile acquistare. La varietà robusta che si trova in molti caffè napoletani, la abolirei. Excellent blends from Mexico, Moana and above all Harem. Mehari, Cremador and another too strong and burnt aftertaste. Infatti ricordo bene che quando si doveva fare bella figura ad una visita di cortesia , mia mamma o mia nonna regalavano un kg di caffè Mexico e 2 kg di zucchero rigorosamente Eridania!!! Bellissima l'immagine storica dell'azienda del piccolo indiano che si lecca i baffi, conservo i contenitori e i barattoli anche di trenta anni fa perchè oggetti davvero vintage!!
