A sofa with a board lasted in the back, not to be able to sit, or called and they were not even cordessi, absolute rudeness I do not recommend to anyone I think to contact a lawyer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ciao a tutti vorrei raccontare la mia esperienza negativa dall azienda Divanletto sita a Casavatore . ho acquistato un divano tre posti con penisola , il divano molto bello e funzionale anche esteticamente rispecchiava le nostre scelte , struttura in ecopelle beige , seduta e cuscineria in tessuto . Dopo circa 1 anno e mezzo la struttura in ecopelle inizia a lesionarsi , fino a 1 mese fa che ha iniziato a sgretolarsi . ho contattato l azienda per chiedere informazioni , ma dopo circa 10 telefonate, non ho ancora ricevuto ne risposte , ne visite da un loro tecnico per capire il da farsi .
Hi everyone, I would like to tell you about my negative experience from the Divanletto company located in Casavatore. I purchased a three-seater sofa with peninsula, the very beautiful and functional sofa also aesthetically reflected our choices, beige eco-leather structure, seat and fabric cushions. After about 1 and a half years, the eco-leather structure starts to get damaged, until 1 month ago it started to crumble. I contacted the company to ask for information, but after about 10 calls, I have not yet received any answers or visits from one of their technicians to understand what to do.
