I	Irma Fabozzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vi racconto la mia storia: Sono arrivata all'atelier a gennaio spiegando che era la mia prima prova, sono stata servita in maniera eccezionale dalla signora Anna. Alla fine della prova ho deciso di lasciare un acconto per bloccare una promozione che mi hanno spiegato avrei perso alla seconda prova anche perché avevo visto un abito che mi piaceva tanto. Non volendomi accontentare di un solo atelier, sono andata in un altro e li ho effettivamente trovato l'abito dei miei sogni. Fin qui tutto lineare. Quando sono tornata all'atelier spiegando l'accaduto la suddetta signora ha cambiato completamente atteggiamento diventando scontrosa e supponente, quasi come se le avessi fatto un torto. Mi ha fatto un buono che avrei potuto usare fino alla data del matrimonio. Arriviamo ad oggi quando mi sono recata per comprare un abito sfruttando il buono e addirittura non mi è stata più rivolta né parola né saluto quasi come fossi inesistente. Fortunatamente un'altra commessa giovane ha preso in carico la mia richiesta e sono riuscita a comprare qualcosa. Ho spiegato tutto questo perché mi sembra una situazione paradossale tutto cio che ho vissuto, in quanto è vero che non ho comprato l'abito da sposa ma è anche vero che ci si sposa una sola volta e io dovevo essere felice al 100%. Avrei dovuto comprare il vestito a mia mamma, suocera e le mie damigelle ma ovviamente non ci andrò più. Mi dispiace ma mi sono sentita trattata come l'ultimo straccio esistente. Detto ciò ringrazio la commessa bionda e giovane di oggi che è stata davvero disponibile e cordiale. At the end of the test I decided to leave a deposit to block a promotion that they explained to me I would lose at the second test also because I had seen a dress that I liked so much. Not wanting to settle for just one atelier, I went to another and actually found the dress of my dreams there. So far everything is linear. When I went back to the atelier explaining what had happened, the aforementioned lady completely changed her attitude, becoming surly and opinionated, almost as if I had done her wrong. He gave me a voucher that I could use until the wedding date. We come to today when I went to buy a dress using the voucher and even I was no longer addressed neither word nor greeting almost as if I were non-existent. Fortunately, another young saleswoman took over my request and I was able to buy something. I explained all this because it seems to me a paradoxical situation all that I have lived, as it is true that I did not buy the wedding dress but it is also true that you get married only once and I had to be 100% happy. I was supposed to buy the dress for my mom, mother-in-law and my bridesmaids but obviously I won't go there anymore. I'm sorry but I felt treated like the last rag in existence. Having said that, I thank today's young blonde saleswoman who was really helpful and friendly.
