★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho effettuato una compravendita di un immobile nel 2014, "presso questo rinomato studio del notaio Giuseppe Salvi in Piazza Vanvitelli a Napoli", ora a distanza di quattro anni dall' acquisto, ero intenzionato a rivenderlo; purtroppo non ho potuto in quanto il "professionista", non ha riscontrato e non mi ha comunicato che c'era stata una variazione dello stato dei luoghi senza le dovute comunicazioni all' ente.
Ora sono stata costretta a pagare un'ammenda piuttosto salata e rimasta delusa di essermi affidata ad uno studio notarile che a Napoli dovrebbe essere un fiore all' occhiello.

 I made a purchase and sale of a property in 2014, "at this renowned firm of the notary Giuseppe Salvi in Piazza Vanvitelli in Naples", now four years after the purchase, I was willing to resell it; unfortunately I could not because the "professional" did not find and did not inform me that there had been a change in the state of the places without the necessary communications to the institution.
Now I have been forced to pay a rather hefty fine and was disappointed to have entrusted myself to a notary office that should be a flagship in Naples.
