★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Settimana scorsa sono stato a comprare un abito che avrei poi dovuto regalare nel negozio sito in via Luca Giordano...quando lo comprai mi dissero che non ci sarebbero stati problemi nel cambio a patto che lo cambiassi entro 30 giorni e in presenza di un riscontro di acquisto.
Oggi sono andato per cambiare l'abito...e mi hanno detto che non era possibile cambiarlo salvo 2/3 scelte in saldo...senza scelta di taglia...molto scortesemente mi hanno mandato alla sede di Via Merliani...dove ho trovato un personale super disponibile nel cambio e la mia ragazza, vista la super cordialità del personale, è stata anche invogliata nel comprare altri capi d'abbigliamento; sicuramente tornerò in caso di necessità nella sede a Via Merliani. Ma consiglio di cambiare completamente il personale della sede in via Luca Giordano.
Last week I went to buy a dress that I would then have to give away in the shop located in via Luca Giordano ... when I bought it they told me that there would be no problems in the change as long as I changed it within 30 days and in the presence of a reply of purchase.
Today I went to change the dress ... and they told me that it was not possible to change it except 2/3 choices on sale ... without choice of size ... very rudely they sent me to the headquarters in Via Merliani ... where I found a staff super helpful in changing and my girlfriend, given the super friendliness of the staff, was also encouraged to buy other items of clothing; I will certainly return in case of need to the office in Via Merliani. But I recommend completely changing the staff of the office in via Luca Giordano.
