Ha richiesto, a fronte di un cambio di una borsa completa, anche la scocca in omaggio ( se è un omaggio perché deve essere restituito!) e in più ha dichiarato, mettendo in difficoltà il cliente coinvolto, che si trattava di una promozione senza necessariamente la fidelity’s card oBag! Ha addirittura parlato di un valore della borsa inferiore allo scontrino nella fase di cambio. Per fortuna che mi servo sempre al punto vendita di Marcianise dove i due commessi sono davvero impeccabili ?
