To be fair, the wine list was great and staff friendly.

A modern restaurant where the chef is redefining Italian cuisine with an upscale yet fun experience, Linfa pushes the boundaries of elegant dining with incredible surprises and a warm atmosphere. We came in for a nice dinner and left with our palates expanded and our minds blown. Everything from the presentation to the wine pairings and waiters’ deep knowledge of each dish brought the meal to another level. No wonder this will easily be the next big restaurant in San Gimignano (yum yum!). We had a blast- the dishes were playful, the tasting menu was well curated and there was some great humor throughout. At the same time a six piece amuse bouche meant they weren’t messing around and, I’ve never had a pigeon grab me in its clutches like one did at Linfa.

You get to try some new dishes and some astounding flavours it was our big dinner of our whole trip and we loved it.
Service was exceptional.

High product focus while telling a clear story through the local high end ingredients.
Comparing to other Michelin-stared restaurants, a second star will be the logic consequence for Linfa. Keep up the outstanding and unique work, enjoyed it!
