★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very expensive, serving sizes are very very conservative for the price - not to mention the wine pour which was even more conservative! The bread they served for the service fee might as well have been cardboard. The wild boar pappadelle was served partially cold however pretty tasty hence 2 stars rather than 1.

Pasta was very, very poor in general - which happens very rarely in Tuscany.
Price vs. Quality is far away from a good balance.
I would not recommend the place to anyone..
Shame, as it has got a very good and nice looking location.
Well, at the end the perfect location is not what you`re looking for in a restaurant...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pasta "alla nonna" was very good and the white wine as well. The service staff in the begining was to slow to let me seat and some of the dishes were a bit dirty (not ideal for such a touristic place like San Gimignano) but the changed it immediately. Insist on still water from a bottle, the one from the tap is not so good.
