R	Rikard L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actually an ok pizza. Service and location ok. However horrible prices. Two pizzas and a bottle of water ended up at over 37euro with the included service and cover charges.

But they did understand. One lady called the waiter on his bs and gave him an absolute bollocking (good on her). The service was overall terrible, with lots of hidden charges on the bill. AVOID at all cost.

Staff will get physically violent - upon leaving and verbally expressing my dissatisfaction with the 20% cover charge I was attacked and punched in the face. My wife was also assualted. Local police refused to get involved. Claiming they know this location is a problem but consider this a private matter on private property. Stay away and read the reviews.

Being fair, the pizza Margarita was fine, but the salad uninspired. Bread was at least a day old and completely stale. Be aware of the Euro 2 cover charge per person - not sure what that was for. These type of guys get away with this as they know they have a minimal chance of repeat visits - however, with these reviews hopefully you might be put off going. Top tip, get out of town and find a good restaurant.

The waiters were rude (throw pizza plate in front of my boyfriend), we had to wait for 50 minutes and the prices were way too high. We spent 42 euros for two pizzas and two small beers. They charge "coperto" and service - alltogether allmost 8 euro for nothing. Don't go there!!

Ended up here by accident, because we couldn't find the restaurant we were searching for - and with hungry children, we forgot to check the reviews. After numerous visits to Italy, Tuscany and San Gimignano specifically, I can guarantee you this is one of the worst restaurants you can find in Italy. Pizza's are eatable, at best. Prices are incredibly high, and they invent additional costs as they go. For an order of about 30 euro on the menu we ended up paying about 48 euro (we probably paid the 2 euro cover cost for our 1-year old baby as well). For that price, you can eat anywhere in San Gimignano, and have a way better lunch or dinner, even with wine included. An absolute disgrace for all the other hard working restaurant owners. Oh, by the way: the (misspelled) Napoletean claim is based on the fact that (only) the owner is originally from the region of Napels. The (completely unmotivated) kitchen staff is definitely not Napoletean, let alone trained as cooks.
A	Andrew Lloyd on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our waiter was very attentive and welcoming. Yes there was a service charge of 2 euro per person, but we didn’t see an issue for the service we received. My whole family loved our pizza’s.
