★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great little restaurant outside the city walls. It is a 15min walk from the center. Hidden entrance down the street. Can be busy, recommend calling ahead for reservations. It’s a meat place (the name translates as butcher block). The Bistecca looks fantastic, but also beef Tatar with truffles, pasta, ragu were very nice. Outside seating was perfect in September, not too hot in the evening. Friendly service, not cheap but good quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was a lovely restaurant. The truffle tagliatelle was incredible and the meat lovely. Slightly over priced, only one toilet. No AC inside and only limited fans for the outside so very hot during the day time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The kitchen should have 5 stars but the service personal 1!!!!!we were a family with 6 persons and the personal was unfriendly all the time. We felt like we were not welcomed there. Food was really good but we would never come again, there are plenty of nice restaurants around were you can eat good and the service are really friendly.

We had a marvellous experience, all our senses involved... The food was superb, from the homemade pasta, to the most tender chianina fillet and the beautiful aroma of the duck...
Our waiters were kind and attentive!
Everything was perfect!
