★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most interesting places to visit in the beautiful city. The convento was exited before the discovery of America. She holds the famous, distinct and unique frescos of the life of St. Augustine and St. Monica. She also prides herself with the adornment of some unique saints of the city like St. Fina and Sebastian and of course San Giminano.
On also can't miss the portrait of St. Nicolas of Myra ( today known as Santa Claus).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing fr church in San Gimignano, rich in art from XII to XVII Century: here you can have a panoramic tour of the story and the art af the city, and se an exceptional iconography of Saint Sebastian, not nakd but dressed, not hit by arrows but defending people under his mantle. Gorgeous!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This church is okay,buy the Duomo is much better. There are some decent frescoes here but about half are damaged severely. I would avoid coming here unless you really have the time, but why not leave town early to go see Siena (or other nearby town) at that point?
