★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Autos muy malos y viejos, alquilamos por unos días para ir a Toscana, y al volver nos dijeron que estaba rayado y nos cobraron como 500 euros de multa, el seguro no incluye nada, un desastre, no lo volvería a elegir nunca más..aprendí que mejor pagar un poco más pero que no te estafen.
Very bad and old cars, we rented for a few days to go to Tuscany, and when we returned they told us it was scratched and they charged us like 500 euros of fine, the insurance does not include anything, a disaster, I would never choose it again. I learned that it is better to pay a little more but not to be ripped off.

Rome airport, no problem. on the other hand we had booked the return the day before we left and the shuttle never picked us up! a taxi took emergency after more than 30 minutes of waiting saved us ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute rip off, gave the car back, they kept 700 euro deposit, then charged my credit card a further 300 euro. Saying there was a scratch. The car was dented all over, we have the before pictures thank heavens, and will be getting it back through our bank. Do not use, if you have to, take pictures inside and out comprehensively.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we arrived to pick up our vehicle, Damiano's coworker said that our car had a technical issue and that we couldn't drive it. This was not communicated to us before we arrived. They tried to offer us a manual transmission vehicle in replace of the automatic that we had paid for, then found an automatic transmission vehicle as a replacement but charged us an extra 19 Euro a day on top of our original agreement. This delayed our pickup about two hours. We were also required to sign a contract separate from our Turo contract, as well as put a credit card on file. Also, we paid for the prepaid fuel "extra" and Damiano charged my credit card anyways when we returned it without being filled up. Finally, Damiano was very hard to get a hold of or communicate with, he mostly only replied via WhatsApp and not through Turo, which I didn't like. Would not recommend or use again.
