★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheap for a reason. Very slow "service". The guy at the till is actually acting like a car seller... You will spend over an hour ( more than the flight) being offered different cars and insurance deals. Infuriating!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thieves. I bring the car back on perfect condition, with same amount of fuel, And they put me a penalty fee of 50€ whithout saying it, i juste reiceive it later as an invoice. No one was there to check out the car, i did not sign anything. AVOID

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My N26 MasterCard was accepted for paying the rent online. As I was there to pick up the car, however, it turned out that it wasn't accepted for paying the deposit. It's a Debit card that was accepted everywhere else where I wanted to rent cars in Europe so far.
Anyway, it turned out that Debit cards were in fact excluded in the fine print of the contract, so I am not innocent here. Nevertheless, I had a bad experience and payed them for nothing.
The guy at the counter was slow but helpful. 2/5.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I had read the reviews here before booking with InterRent - awful experience at Verona airport - don't waste your time, there are plenty of other providers. We had to pay again because our flight was delayed and were were stuck in a queue at the desk for 20 minutes so we were 65 minutes late picking up the car.
Apparently adding your flight number to your reservation ensures this doesn't happen but having since read reviews online I would argue that this company will find some way to scam you.
The person at the counter, Paula was incredibly rude and extremely difficult to deal with.
I will NEVER rent a car with InterRent ever again after this experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We used this car rent company while visiting Italy and we were really happy with this company. At arriving at the airport in Verona we follow the instructions shown in our reservation, in less than 10 minutes we were driving our car towards Lake Garda. On top of that we were given a Verona map and some advice about the dining local places in Verona and were to park in the city. Excellent service all around. Recommended.
