★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience at Verona. Ruxandra spoke good English, friendly and efficient. Some amusement on returning the car which had done 30000 km than when collected. Speed limits, no overtaking and lane markings don't appear to apply to local drivers. Lots of locals drive the smallest cars in the hills round Garda, so don't be put off. Just turn the aircon off to save power when going up the (frequent) steep sections.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Diana was the best from all of rent a cars, all of them tried to take more money than was on internet , waited 2 hours for our car from sicilyby.com after to telling us that we can’t pay with debit card ,they accept only credit cards. Diana she saw us that we are staying there like a homeless))) and she asked if she can help us with something, she proposed us the best car ever, and the best customer service

Upon arrival at Verona airport we had such a warm welcome from the lovely Diana, who explained everything so clearly, even warning us about the speed cameras and limits. She was so very helfpul and friendly and put a huge smile on our faces :) . We would definitely recommend this service and a huge thanks to the wonderful Diana!
