Maar helaas...nadat we de auto in perfecte staat weer hebben teruggebracht heeft het bijna een jaar geduurd voordat we de borg van 700 euro weer terugkregen. Daarnaast bleef Hertz nog maandenlang proberen om β¬30 euro per maand af te schrijven. Probeer dat maar eens in het Italiaans terug te vragen.
We received a nice upgrade, nice staff and helped quickly. But unfortunately ... after we returned the car in perfect condition, it took almost a year before we got the deposit of 700 euros back. In addition, Hertz continued to try for months to write off β¬30 per month. Try asking that back in Italian.
