Europcar Verona Airport

Very friendly service. Car pick up and return went smooth. They didn't mind me coming to early for the pick up and the car was already prepared. They didn't mind me dropping the car off in a wrong parking spot. Great experience overall.

Europcar is usually a good rental car choice. The office in Verona performed under my expectations - they did not have the car I have booked and were unable to offer a similar car. The officer was also quite aggressive at offering additional insurances. The waiting time is let's say the average for Italy.

After reading reviews of car rentals in Italy, I came here expecting the absolute worst behaviour. Was pleasantly surprised, had good service at Europcar Verona. Paid $200 for 8 days rental, very reasonable price included insurance with $300 excess for damage and $500 excess for theft. The car was new, just 1000km behind it, it was a mini Mr Bean car, so I had some concerns how it will handle mountain roads, but italian roads are so finely paved, I had no issues at all in the most rural of places. Easy return, quick inspection, signed the papers and flew off. Recommended.

Very unprofessional. They withdrew money from my accout 5 months after I hired a car from them - no email, no letter, no explanation at all. This is the 2nd time I have experienced immoral behaviour from Europcar and won't use them again.

I was very worried about getting the deposit back after seeing quite a few really bad reviews about Europcar. It turned up I was stressing for nothing, as I can't fault my experience with Europcar. Their desk is located in the building with all other rental companies, 50 meters from the airport's door (impossible to get confused). They offered the best price for the rental, the car was brand new, clean, the deposit was lowest out of all firms and also I was able to use my debit card for it which saved my life as I haven't got a credit card. The 2 guys behind the desk were pleasant to deal with and sorted me out quickly. They were busy so did not walk me to the car which I didn't mind(10meters away). I noticed a few light scratches on the car so I went back to the desk to mention it. Without any problem it got added to the rental agreement and I was on my way skiing. At return, same story. No trouble at all. I parked the car in the same spot I took it from and dropped the keys at the desk. The same 2 guys politely asked If everything was ok and wished me a safe flight. (I did take videos of the car at pick up and drop off for security reasons). I returned the car unwashed and it wasn't an issue. I got my deposit back after 5 days. I'm very pleased with my first time with Europcar, and have to mention that their 24/7 customer support really impressed me. Surely I will be using them in the future.

Great value for money. Quick and easy collection and drop off. Would recommend and use again.

Since my last review I have visited Verona several times and once again have to thank and commend Europcar on their excellent service (customer and vehicle) Emanuele and Paolo are a credit to the company being consistently friendly, professional and efficient at all times. I have already booked my next trip for May 2022 and have no hesitation in recommending Europcar at Verona Airport to anyone looking to rent a car in this region. Once again friendly, efficient and professional service from Europcar at Verona Airport (thank you Giaccomo). Lovely warm welcome back for a repeat client and car as exactly as booked. Would not use any other car rental company in Verona.

Not friendly and slow pick-up, requested a second credit card for security (although the first was Visa Black), when saw the second card was Visa Gold and when I complained, changed his mind and charged the 500 EUR security deposit on the first card, sating he didnt know the first one was Black. What difference does it make what status is the card - regular, gold, platinum or black? It is a prepaid rental with a security deposit on a credit card!!! The roadside assistance is almost impossible to reach on the phone and the only option they offer is a tow truck (we had a problem with air suspension) and a warning that in that case we would need to get to a Europcar location ourseves to get another car… The pick up took extra 25 minutes as the front desk emolyee went to check the car… Overall the client service is on the level with Goldcar now, which Europcar bought a while ago. Too bad
