Horrible company! Horrible service! Gave us a broken car and say it’s our fault. Plus they let you wait for one hour to get your car. You better rent somewhere else!

Watch out. If they have your creditcard number and your signature, they just take money from your account without any kind of documentation. They just claim missing payment on a gasoline station and steal the money!! Be careful and choose another company!!

I rented a car for my holiday through these guys and the service was perfect. Good price, same car that I asked for ( barely new ) and the staff at the counter also walked me to the car helping with the luggage. It will be for sure my benchmark for my holidays in Italy

Absolutely disgraceful. Turned up and wouldn't accept my Visa Debit card even though it says NOTHING about this on the contract. Then asked to put car in husbands name as he was there with Mastercard and was told I've have to contact the broker in the UK! Then from no where decided if I paid an additional 125 euro I could use my Visa Debit card and when I asked where that figure had come from and if she could show me that in the agreement I had all my documents thrown back at me and told me she wouldn't give me the car now as it was her choice!!! Asked to speak to the Manager and was told to leave! Unbelievably rubbish service, woman was so rude and disresptful and obviously just trying to scam money from customers. Do not use this service.

This is by far the worst car rental company you may find. I had a reservation through carhire for a family trip. Unfortunately I forgot my driving licence in the photocopier machine just before my flight, so I only had a copy of it. Until now, I can understand that they wouldn't give me the car. But we were 5 people traveling together and we all have driving licences and credit cards. I simply asked to change the name on the reservation so my father or my brother will drive. They refused to change the name and they suggested either to make a new reservation for 320 euros for 3 days rental or to go check other rental companies if they welcome us. Moreover, the old reservation can't be canceled so I lost more than 100 euros and I had to pay them another 320 euros. So the only choices they give to you is to steal your money... Moreover, while we were negociating another solution, we gently got kicked. Of course, in such situation I'm not giving them any additional penny. So we went to another respectful company and we got a car with a big smile. So I recommend not to loose your money and avoid such rental companies

stay away from this company and you will save time and money . It's very funny that last year they claim to be a "Company which operates within the italian car rental market for more than 50 years with honesty, clearness and loyalty towards our clients".....this year they they write that they are operating since more the 55 years!!!!!! (INTERESTING MATHS...with honesty, clearness and loyalty HA ha ha. )

Do not use! They knew we rented a car. We had the voucher. Turned up and they told us the people using the car we had rented had asked to extend their trip and they said yes!! Didn't even warn us they had given our car away. Mental. EDIT: These cowboys keep posting the below response on my reviews. The fact is we were there EARLY! The car was booked for 10:00, we arrived before that, waited 20 mins in a queue, argued for 20 mins and got the car at 10:44, booking and proof of that attached. Even funnier - the lady at the desk said the car had never even been in Verona, so not like we turned up late and they gave it away. A-holes.

I arrived there after 12 hours of travelling from holland by train. The booking was really simple. I didn't have the credit card. I completely forgot it. I had to return in italy as fast as i could x family problems, so i booked the last minute and the rental the evening before. I arrived there at 22.45 and i couldn't pick up the car. I paid 210 euro x a little car. The woman said I could have the car + leave there 300 euro of caution (that was ok) + 30 euro x day, so I totaal I should have paid 500 euro x 10 days x a little car!!!! That's crazy. Then I should have booked one bigger. At the end I wanted to think about it cause the woman was angry, I was tired and she was not friendly at all!!! I found myself at 23 in the evening alone, she went away, she didn't try to find a solution, I was alone walking in an airport where there was nobody. Crazy!! How could I reach home if only driving I needed 30 min?? The day after I called asking them if I could bring the credit card.. But the woman had already cancelled my booking and my money disappeared. I know it was my problem, cause I didn't have in that moment the credit card, I know perfectly, but I think to be polite with the people, after 12 hours of traveling (cause I couldn't come with the flights, cause they costed too much from one day to another one... And one train in germany was cancelled....)..I think that this woman was one of the worst that I never found in my life. I solved the problems 2 days after, going to another agency and booking another auto. X a little bit more, but I found polite people. I am sorry to write this, but this was my bad experience.
