★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This boutique hotel is full of characters. It blends the Moorish, Venetian and Roman features with beautifully. Many Hollywood movies have been shot here. It's a must see place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So expensive for being a hostel, besides, there is no even elevator to carry big luggage, also uncomfortable and there is no safety box, dirty and there is no people in the front desk sometimes even during the day. I expected more for such a price. P.S: bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice and clean. They were willing to accommodate all requests. Only problem we faced was the fact that no staff we met during our stay spoke english, but we managed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely worse experience in Venice. There is broken literally everything. Lock in the front door, glass, sink. In the bathroom is mold EVERYWHERE, plus near the entrance door of the room is automatic light, that goes on if you turn in your bed or if for example neighbors are closing their door.
Totally no-go!!!
Ps. There is no stuff regularly in the hotel, if you need anything after 19:00 - you have to make an emergency call or wait. And bon of our requests was responded positively.
