★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima la posizione, personale disponibile, stanza ampia e molto pulita proprio nei pressi di Rialto. Consigliato (forse l'unica pecca il bagno non enorme ma funzionale)
 Excellent location, helpful staff, large and very clean room right near Rialto. Recommended (perhaps the only flaw the bathroom is not huge but functional)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately I had to cancel my trip to Venice for personal reason but I have asked to waive fees more than one month in advance (within the booking app) and I still haven't got any answer, I would understand a "no" but I consider as very poor service not to answer your customer, and I am finally happy not to spend my holidays with them, regarding their customer care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not a 5 star hotel by any means. What it is, is nice homely family apartments. Central, warm and comfortable and has some basic kitchen appliances for cooking.
Nere our host was friendly and helpful.
I would visit again.

The location of the apartment is superb, close to the fish market, means full of quality bistros which we couldn't find any other areas. Also many of nice small artisan shops.
Fernando is so helpful during our stay, we really appreciate his service.
The apartment is very clean, in the middle of our 1week stay, they kindly changed our towels and beddings, which is no so common for a holiday apartments.
As the apartment is in residential corner, it's nicely quiet. Bed mattresses are very comfortable.
Definitely we want to come back again!!
