★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect place to stay for tourists in Venice. It is so closed to the river and indeed 4mins walking distance from train station... Inevitably, you have to carry your luggage over th Bridge. Super clean and new facilities. Spacious room and full amenities provided. Nice and responsive host with batch of crew (real hotelier business). I can only say I'm lucky got these 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms booked (2 mths in advance). Bob continuation! Nina and already recommended yours to my friends in China, Hong Kong, Singapore and Japan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here three nights in September 2018. Nina met us at the apartment with the key and gave us a very nice map of the city. She also showed us the location of a very good bakery. The apartment has everything you could need and is very comfortable. If you take the ATVO bus from the airport to the Piazzale Roma it is easy to find. You can see the building from the P. Roma. it is a very short walk even with large bags. I think there is only one small bridge to cross. It is a couple of flights up steps but keep in mind that lifts in Venice are rare. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've stayed here for 3 nights. Great apartment, fully equipped. Very conveniently located: short walk from/to bus terminal, parking garage, and public transport; even the train station is in walking distance. Host is super friendly (thanks for the wine ;-)).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a great stay here for 1 night. Perfect location for us as it was a 5 minute walk from the parking garage (and bus station). She was awesome, provided us with a great little map, some advice on the area, and a few treats. Note, there is no lift so you have to take stairs up to the 3rd floor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner, Nina, Herself came to handover the keys on the first day and also arranged a cake for My daughters which was very sweet of her.
Nina made sure on the first day that we are aware of everything and places we need to visit. She also made sure we have a Map of Venice which was very helpful for us. Please dont worry of the Map as Nina gives it as a Gift. Amazing woman!
It is must stay for families as it is quite location away from the Venice Hassle and also very near to Conad supermarket.
